Modern architect-designed home in central Wadebridge (right on The Camel Trail). Our family has lived in Wadebridge since time began, so building this house has been a real labour of love. Completed in 2022, you'll have the benefit of a home that's brand new and meticulously equipped with everything you'll need to have a great stay.
The space
A modern eco home. The entrance is at street level giving less mobile visitors direct access to the kitchen, living space and a bedroom with super king bed and ensuite bathroom, with walk in shower. Upstairs there is a further bathroom and 3 large bedrooms; one king, one double and one twin-bedded room. The living area is a spacious light-filled social space with a well-equipped modern kitchen and large wooden dining table that seats 8. The gable end of the space features a generous corner sofa, wood burning stove and smart tv. The floor to ceiling glazing has a sliding door which leads onto a small terrace, steps then take you down to a private patio area, equipped with a large table and benches for outside dining. The front of the property is landscaped planting with a path leading to another small seating area.
There is also a large utility space with sink, washing machine and dryer. Lots of space to store your bikes and surfboards.

The garage is restricted. Free street parking is available at the front of the property.
