The spacious villa is located off street, which gives privacy to your own space, parking at door, or park within property ground, is Within easy walking to bars, restaurants, cafes and Dialprix supermarket … four bedrooms, with newly fitted Ikea kitchen, dining and living area. Three terraces with views over the Urb.

Large villa - highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay at Steve’s place. As two families (3 adults and 1 teenager and 2 younger kids) there was plenty of room inside for us to have our own space. The outside space was amazing and the kids loved the pool (despite the cool October water!) The location was ideal with bars, restaurants and supermarkets within easy walking distance. Communication with Steve before and during the trip was excellent. We’d definitely return and would recommend to anyone.

La Marina Urb, is close to Alicante airport, there are numerous international restaurants. The beaches in Guardamar are easily accessible and of a high standard.

What makes this property unique

the villa is off street, this adds to privacy without remoteness. Everything you need is easily accessible.
