This area of the city is known for its noble character typical of classical Madrid. The apartment is located very close to the Hotel Palace, the Hotel Ritz and the well-known Cortes building, and just a few steps from the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum and the Prado Museum.
Exploring the surroundings of the apartment is a real delight. Plaza de Santa Ana and the Huertas neighbourhood, Atocha station or the Retiro park are just 5 minutes away. Surrounded by hundreds of places to enjoy the best tapas and Spanish cuisine.

The apartment:
The apartment is located in the interior part of a noble mid-century building with a physical concierge. To access it, you cross an interior corridor that leads to a beautiful elevator.
It is located on the fourth floor of the property, has capacity for three people and has a pleasant living-dining room with a sofa bed that also integrates the kitchen, giving style and making the most of all the space in the apartment.
It has a large and comfortable bedroom with a double bed, custom-made wardrobe, TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan and heating. The bedroom window overlooks the building\'s inner courtyard, which enjoys great tranquility.
The apartment has a full bathroom with a shower, central heating, air conditioning in all rooms and Wifi connection.

The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.

Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and follow the instructions provided to you at all times. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in accessing the apartment for not having carried out this prior process.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access for road traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
