This lovely non smoking apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en-suite bedrooms, which has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom 2 single beds. The main bedroom has direct access to the balcony with beautiful sea views. There is also a spacious open-plan living area and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for all your self-catering needs including a Bosch washing machine and tumble drier, integrated Smec dishwasher and a Nescafe Dolce Gusto capsules coffee machine for your convenience and enjoyment (Pods available at Checkers, Pick & Pay and Spar stores).

The comfortable lounge leads out onto a patio where guests can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Robben Island, part of Table Mountain and is equipped with a gas braai. Relax around the swimming pool (due to the water restrictions in Cape Town, the swimming is open on weekends only and daily from mid Dec to mid Jan), or take a 30 meter walk across the promenade which are in front of the apartment block to the main beach, a surfer, standup board paddler and kite surfer's paradise. Surrounded with top restaurants, coffee shops and pubs.

Uncapped fibre WiFi is available throughout the apartment and a full bouquet Satellite/DSTV Television in the lounge.

Important Information:

South Africa is currently experiencing an electricity shortage, so there might be periods when you will be without electricity. We call it load shedding and there is an app that you can download to check the schedule in your area so that you can plan around it.

We provide guests with a starter pack to get them going on the first day of their arrival consisting of tea/coffee/sugar/milk/water, basic cleaning detergents and bathroom amenities.

Please take note that we do not replenish these items for the duration of your stay.

We provide guests with a fitted sheet and duvet, which will be on the bed as well as a bath towel and hand towel for each guest.

We can arrange housekeeping at an additional cost. Please make sure to arrange this with your host prior to your arrival. For bookings longer than 7 nights, there is a complimentary mid stay cleaning service which includes a change of linen.

We can arrange an airport shuttle at an additional cost.

We do no have international plugs/converters, therefore please remember to bring your own.

We do not get informed when neighbouring units are getting renovated, therefore if it happens during working hours, we are unable to prevent it.

We can only recommend and not dictate the furnishing, window coverings (whether too light or too dark), kitchen utensils, cooking ware, cutlery etc of the unit, as this remains the personal choice of the owner.

Please report anything which is not to your satisfaction on the day of your arrival, so that we can address it to the best of our ability as it is our top priority to make your stay with us as pleasant and memorable as possible.
