The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 2 additional infants
Hen and Stag parties are not permitted, though other same sex groups can enquire if there are no more than 4 same sex adults
Commercial and work related bookings are permitted if the number of same sex adults is no more than 4
Events are not permitted without prior consent
