Modern 2-bedroom apartment tastefully decorated. It is located in one of the newest areas of Salou, within a beautiful residential complex with few neighbours, swimming pool, well-maintained garden and parking. All services, such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets, are within walking distance, and every Monday you can visit Salou's market, which is set up 400 m away.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Group bookings are not accepted.

- Optional parking with supplement and upon request.

- Air conditioning only in the lounge.

- Outdoor seasonal swimming pool open during the summer months.

- Ideal for a holiday with children.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.



If you fancy having a good breakfast of churros, visit "La Xurreria" on Barcelona Street, which is only a 5-minute walk away. At 250 m, you'll find "La Teca de Salou", an excellent place for dishes and tapas to share.

The apartment was spotless, had everything you need, was very comfortable and in a residential building so quiet and a 20 min walk from the busy beach front An oven glove would be nice and some chopping boards.

The apt is 20 min walk from the beach. A few cafes and bars along the way. The apt was not cleaned when we arrived. A lot of dust in the rooms and walking on the floors when we got there our feet was black. We were going to wash the floor but there are no cleaning products. I was not aware that this property was managed by UHC upon booking, I thought it was a private let which I prefer. We had no hot water upon arrival due to the boiler being unplugged. We realised this on day 2 and all was ok. The pool is lovely and quiet, apt is quiet at night once windows are closed. Aircon and fans were a welcome guest. No soap in bathrooms, this should be a given for hygiene purposes.if apt got a full and proper clean, I would give 5 stars, even cutlery wasn’t properly clean. We cleaned a few bits to use and left them aside to reuse.everything was stained and had food on. Bathrooms were not cleaned either Seems even cleaners do not check cleanliness of utensils. I think all they do is change beds. Mop and bucket there but pointless without any cleaning products. Balcony also needs a good clean down.supermarket 2 min walk away.

Schoon, voldoende ruimte, jammer dat er toch geen airconditioning bleek te zijn en geen wifi. Fijn groot balkon, handige in-en uitcheck.

Buen apartamento, buen sitio, buen precio.

Apartamento completo, en zona de fácil aparcamiento, cerca de casi todo y con precio genial. Las persianas van un poco duras, y quizá alguna olla, sartén y mantel.
