Magnificent sea view for this air-conditioned seasonal rental villa LA VILLA RÊVE D'AZUR located at Nice Cape and close to Villefranche sur mer, this 180m2 holiday villa can comfortably accommodate 10 people, it is located only 1km from the "Carrefour Market du Mont Boron" supermarket, and 5 km from Villefranche sur mer city centre and 2.5km from La Réserve beach in Nice. Bus stop nearby
It has garden furniture, terrace, iron, internet access (wifi), balcony, electric heating, parking for 2 cars
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, with ceramic hob kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Etc
3 bedrooms all facing the sea with a double bed each, a bathroom with shower and 1 independent toilet 1 other outside on the terrace
Terrace with splendid sea view with sunbeds and dining area with table and garden chairs.

A magical stay – even better than the photos!
Our stay in this villa was absolutely fantastic. The house is incredibly beautiful, charming and elegant – decorated in a classic French style that feels straight out of a film. Everything was spotless, well-organised and thoughtfully prepared down to the smallest detail. The view over the sea and the whole of Nice is simply unbeatable – we could sit for hours enjoying the sunsets, each one like a little work of art.
The villa is located in a peaceful and very pleasant neighbourhood, close to shops, walking paths and everything you might need, yet still offering privacy and a sense of calm. The garden is lovely, and the house is fully equipped – truly everything you could wish for (two coffee machines, plenty of fresh, perfectly pressed linens and towels, practical amenities and a stunning interior with authentic French character).
The staff were outstanding – always professional, friendly and very service-minded. A special thank you to Sandrine, who is absolutely wonderful! She was warm, helpful and highly professional, and she took the time to recommend genuine local places and restaurants that we absolutely loved. Thanks to her, we experienced the real Nice
We felt very welcomed and cared for – even a bottle of wine was waiting for us upon arrival. Everything was perfectly arranged from start to finish, and we honestly didn’t want to leave.
We will definitely return – this property is even better in real life
