Magnificent sea view for this seasonal rental villa THE VILLA DREAM OF AZURE located in Nice Cape and close to Villefranche-sur-Mer, this 180m2 holiday villa can comfortably accommodate 10 people, it is located only 1 km from the "Carrefour Market du Mont Boron" supermarket, and 5 km from the town centre of Villefranche-sur-Mer and 2.5 km from La Réserve beach in Nice. Bus stop nearby



She has garden furniture, terrace, iron, internet access (wifi), balcony, electric heating, parking for 2 cars

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, with a ceramic hob, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Etc.



3 air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs all overlooking the sea, each with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and 1 independent toilet + 1 other bathroom outside on the ground floor on the terrace.

The location of the house is great and the view is beautiful, however, we could not use the view and enjoy the outside area because there was a mosquito infestation outdoors, and mosquitoes were also inside the house. Each one of us had tons of bites and spend as a little time in the house as possible. The advertisement was very dishonest and not true to what the house actually looks like and the experience they described. The house was advertised to sleep 10 people, but one of the rooms has four bunk beds and the beds are absolutely tiny and rock hard. The room has no AC and and at night the air gets moist. The kids had to sleep on the couch and in different rooms. The AC situation in the house is also a problem. The entire downstairs has no AC and one of the rooms upstairs by the bathroom, the AC broke and was leaking. The towels that were given to us were very old and they only gave one to each person we had to request extra towels and they were going to charge us 10 for each towel. Furthermore, the laundry situation is also far from ideal. The machine does wash, but there is no dryer. We had to hang our clothes on trees and chairs in order for them to dry and with all the bugs outside that made it difficult to have clean clothes. They’re also no closets where you hang you can hang your clothes there are no hangers. The dishwasher does not wash the dishes fully. The dishes have to be re-washed. Gather thing was that the sheet did not look washed and were very old.

A magical stay – even better than the photos!

Our stay in this villa was absolutely fantastic. The house is incredibly beautiful, charming and elegant – decorated in a classic French style that feels straight out of a film. Everything was spotless, well-organised and thoughtfully prepared down to the smallest detail. The view over the sea and the whole of Nice is simply unbeatable – we could sit for hours enjoying the sunsets, each one like a little work of art. The villa is located in a peaceful and very pleasant neighbourhood, close to shops, walking paths and everything you might need, yet still offering privacy and a sense of calm. The garden is lovely, and the house is fully equipped – truly everything you could wish for (two coffee machines, plenty of fresh, perfectly pressed linens and towels, practical amenities and a stunning interior with authentic French character). The staff were outstanding – always professional, friendly and very service-minded. A special thank you to Sandrine, who is absolutely wonderful! She was warm, helpful and highly professional, and she took the time to recommend genuine local places and restaurants that we absolutely loved. Thanks to her, we experienced the real Nice We felt very welcomed and cared for – even a bottle of wine was waiting for us upon arrival. Everything was perfectly arranged from start to finish, and we honestly didn’t want to leave. We will definitely return – this property is even better in real life
