Fantastic Property!

Overall impressions: This is a fantastic property that is very clean, very well designed, very well equipped, very well built, and, best of all, super private and super secure. The walled-in "compound" makes it perfect for families with children or anyone with a dog as both cannot "escape" while playing. There is an electronic gate into the compound so one's car is easily and securely parked. This property is very well situated for exploring the Costa de la Luz. We based ourselves here to explore north (by car) as far as Sanlucar de Barrameda and Chipiona and south (by car) as far as Playa Bolonia (a piece of heaven!). With more time we could have included Cadiz, Jerez de la Frontera, and Tarifa into our explorations. We were glad not to miss Verez de la Frontera (a must see!). Maria Carmen and her daughter are fantastic hosts: attentive, accommodating, flexible, knowledgeable, experienced, delightful, and, most importantly, excellent communicators. As you can see, we have nothing bad to say about our stay at Casa Caleta. It is the best property we have ever rented.

Preciosa vivienda y dueña encantadora.

La estancia ha sido inmejorable. Mari Carmen, la propietaria, es un encanto. Tiene una vivienda de dulce, puesta con sumo gusto y super limpia y bonita que parece que la estás estrenando. Nos ha dado todas las facilidades y nos ha indicado con cariño, donde ir a pasear y comer. Recomendamos la estancia y lo mejor para pasar unos días tranquilos con unos alrededores fabulosos. Gracias por todo.

Alojamiento y propietarios excelentes

Buena predisposición de los propietarios.. En todo lo que preguntamos etc... Casita muy bien equipada muy limpia y acogedora, con su plaza de aparcamiento,, sin ruidos pero cercana en coche a todo. Muy recomendable

Totamente recomendable para adultos tranquilos

Para serles sinceros la estancia ha sido ideal, al estar a dos minutos en coche del pueblo uno se quita de todo el jaleo que producen los chic@s que van de fiesta. La casa es una preciosidad, todo nuevo, limpio y en buenas condiciones, no le falta un detalle. Los dueños son un encanto que lo unico que desean es que los huespedes esten agusto y no les falte de nada. Volveremos a repetir seguro y probablemente fuera de temporada alta. Les animo a todos a hospedarse en esta casa, no se arrepentiran.

Casa encantadora y muy tranquila

La casa es muy amplia y acogedora. La estancia ha sido fantástica, sin ruidos y sin aglomeraciones. Al poder aparcar dentro de la finca te evitas tener que estar pendiente del coche, a si que otro punto a su favor. Mari Carmen e hija son encantadoras y súper atentas. La casa la tienen muy limpia y cuidada. Tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días en familia de relax. El jardín es espectacular y esa hamaca colgada en los olivos te invita a tumbarte y relajarte cada vez que la ves. Sin duda alguna volveré.

Maison spacieuse et impeccable

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances chez Marie Carmen ! Nous avons reçu un tres bon accueil et Marie Carmen s est rendue disponible tout au long du sejour. La maison est spacieuse, propre et bien équipée. Rien a redire!

Un chalet acogedor

El chalet esta ubicado a 5 minutos del centro de Conil. Su ubicacion es perfecta para conocer las playas y pueblos de la costa de Cadiz. La dueña y su hija son amabilisimas y muy atentas. La casa es nueva, y las fotos reflejan la realidad. Todo esta muy limpio. Se puede aparcar dentro del recinto, incluso varios coches. La casa no tiene aire acondicionado, y aunque nosotros tuvimos viento de levante que es el mas caluroso en esta zona, con ventiladores es suficiente. Al estar en una zona de chalets se oyen por la noche el ruido de perros y gallos. Para nosotros fue una estancia perfecta pues no tuvimos el agobio de aparcar y el jardin de cesped da mucho juego. Desde el chalet se tarda 10 minutos para poder refrescarse en las playas de Conil, o sus calas.
