This 51 sqm apartment with 96 sqm of terrace is composed of 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, a living room with kitchen and a large terrace with hot tub and breath taking seaview.
This brand new seafront 2 bedroom penthouse offers breathtaking 180-degree seaviews of St Pauls Islands, a group of small islets located off the coast of Malta in the Mediterranean Sea. This penthouse is located on the promenade in St Pauls Bay. It is on the top floor overlooking the sea and is designed to provide a stunning panoramic view of the surroundings from it’s very spacious terrace.
The large windows provide unobstructed sea views and create an open, airy feel to the space. The penthouse features a private jacuzzi that is situated on the terrace, allowing you to take in the stunning seaviews while you relax and unwind in the warm water. One can also enjoy the most beautiful sunsets whilst enjoying a nice glass of wine from the terrace. This is a lovely brand new apartment that is modern finished and fully equipped for your holiday in Malta.

Fantastic getaway apartment
Four of us just spent a wonderful 5 days in this rooftop apartment. This pictures did it absolute justice - the views were stunning, more than ample outside space, the jacuzzi was the perfect way to end a day of exploring. This was a great location, easy to get to other parts of the island and within walking distance of several really fantastic restaurants. The owners were very responsive to all our questions. Quarters could get a little tight for a long term stay but for a week or two it would be easily manageable. I’d highly recommend this place for a nice getaway!

Traumhafte Blicke in schöner Umgebung bereut von tollem Team
Einfach alles wunderbar.Von der Reinigungskraft bis zur Managerin alle im Team sehr nett und über die üblichen Maße hinaus hilfsbereit.Es geht einfach nicht besser.Alles in der Wohnung war sauber, vorhanden und voll funktionsfähig.DIe Blicke sind gigantisch. Auf die Stadt, ins Grüne, aufs Meer... selbst vom Whirlpool aus Sonnenauf- und untergang zu beobachten.Die Terrasse bietet zu jeder Tageszeit Sonnen und-Schattenseite.Parkplätze waren kein Problem. Es war immer etwas frei. Einkaufen und gute Gastronomie gleich ums Eck.In der Vorsaison auch kein Problem mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen.Wenn es etwas zu sagen gäbe...ein bisschen mehr Geschirr und Besteck wäre günstig, da der Geschirrspüler eigentlich nicht wirklich voll wurde.Gerne kommen wir wieder!
