Our Relux Sea View 2BD Apartment is located in the heart of Vouliagmeni, in a distance of just 350m from Vouliagmeni central square (Plateia Nymfon), while the private beach Vouliagmeni is only 600m away. The neighborhood is quite and you can enjoy a relaxing and luxury stay. The apartment offers great view to the sea. Our fully renovated holiday apartment consists of two bedrooms, one with queen bed and second with two single beds, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining area for 4 persons. The apartment is on the second level and its spacious, furnished, sea view balcony is ideal for summer relax.
*Rate includes free Internet Access, VAT & all Taxes except for the Climate Resilience Tax.
**A Climate Resilience Tax of 8.00 eur per room, per night from April to October (2.00 eur per room, per night from November to March) is not included in the rate and it is payable to the property upon arrival.

Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is peaceful, with amazing view to the sea, but so close to the center. In 150m from the apartment guests can find cafe bars, restaurants, waffles and ice cream. Sandy beaches, organized or not are only 300m away. And lake Vouliagmeni is just 700 m away.
What makes this property unique
Our apartment has been renovated. You may find a queen size double bed into the main bedroom, two single beds into the second bedroom. In the living room you can relax on the cozy sofa. A fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, coffee facilities and a dining table indoors and outdoors offers extra comfort.
There is a shower in the bathroom, as well as a washing machine.
Our balcony is equipped with outdoor furniture.
The sea view is great.
