This ground floor apartment is located on the popular Albatros Playa 1 complex close to the beaches of the Mar Menor in Mar de Cristal. The complex has a grassed garden around the centre of the complex with a large pool and separate children's pool. The apartment has 2 good size bedrooms with a family bathroom. It has a very well-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and utility area. The large south-east facing terrace has direct access to the pool with dinning table and chairs, parasol and sunbeds. There is also a second terrace from the main bedroom with more outside dining and swing seat with large awning. The property also has fast wifi internet and International TV channels.
Mar de Cristal is a small village on the shores of the Mar Menor with great family beaches and promenade, a small supermarket, tennis and padel centre, sailing school and some bars and restaurants. In the summer months you also have a weekly market.
