IMPORTANT NOTES 1. Heating and Electricity:
This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.

2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.

Lark Rise was wonderful
The location is beautiful and feels set apart despite being so close to services and the incredible drives and towns on the Ring of Kerry and Dingle Peninsula. Everything would be 5 stars except there was a little musty smell, likely coming from the carpets and perhaps older furnishings in LR. It was wonderful to have 2 lovely bathrooms, a very comfortable king bed, laundry, and a sparkling kitchen. We did have problems communicating with the host, despite international roaming -- but that's not the fault of Lark Rise. Margaret was helpful and hospitable. The gps in our rental car was indispensable when communication was limited. Thank you Lark Rise for helping make our Ireland vacation so wonderful!

Prachtige Bungalow
Huis met een heel mooi uitzicht van alle gemakken voorzien. De bedden waren van uitzonderlijke kwaliteit. Het huis ligt in de buurt van de Cap of Dunloo en het Nationaal Park van Kilarney. Hoewel er op de site staat dat er Wifi aanwezig is, was dit er niet. De ontvangst van gewoon internet was ook slecht. Van de eigenaar kregen we een lijst van restaurants en hotels waar we konden internetten.
