The brand new spacious kitchen and breakfast bar installed for 2024 contains all the modern conveniences. The dining area seats up to 6 people and is connected to a bright and comfy living room with an open fire and access to the garden overlooking the beautiful countryside.

1. Heating and Electricity:
This is an extra charge which is payable to the Property Manager/Owner. There is no extra charge during the months of April-September inclusive, and the energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. Between October and March there may be an additional charge, a maximum of €50 per week pro-rata, based on the extra units consumed over those consumed historically, which would be payable from the Security Deposit.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 cash must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager on arrival.

Perfect summer holidays in Irland
Great and friendly support from Magret. Very cozy house with a beautiful view of the mountains. Perfect starting point for trips to the Ring of Kerry, Killarny ,Dingel and the rossbeigh beach. We had a wonderful time and we are very thankfull.

Lovely house, spacious and comfortable.
The house is really nice and comfortable. The place is very well located, close to Glenbeigh, to Caragh Lake, to Cromane, an excelent base to explore Dingle and Yveragh peninsulas. The views from the sitting room are fantastic. We were nicely welcomed and greeted
Nothing you can do at all, to improve the crazy and scary N70, too close to the house (and N72 and all the minor roads, by the way)

We had a lovely stay at Lark Rise. Killorglin and Glenbeigh were easily accessible with lovely people and everything you need in the shops and restaurants or takeaways. The beaches in Rossbeigh and Kells were perfect for our family. The house itself was just what we needed. It was really comfortable, very well laid out and the views out the back were breathtaking. Our dog enjoyed the big area to explore and our two kids (3 and 6) had great fun playing in the drive and the garden. The facilities were top of the range. We plan to come back again next summer.

Comfortable accommodation outside Glenbeigh
Comfortable and clean accomodation just outside Glenbeigh. Nice, quiet area with fabulous mountain views. Very comfortable beds.
The washing machine was a little tricky to use, even with instructions. But that's a minor thing. All in all, very good

It was like coming home.
My family and I have been visiting Ireland for many years. Until now, we had our permanent cottage, which was unfortunately no longer available this year. So we looked for a replacement and found one here. We felt at home straight away. It was like coming home. This house is very comfortably furnished and has an incredible view of the Irish countryside. Sitting in the living room, reading a book and looking out over this view... fantastic. So if you are looking for peace and quiet, away from a city, this is the place for you. We have chosen this house as our future holiday home and are already looking forward to the next few years.
The location is beautiful and feels set apart despite being so close to services and the incredible drives and towns on the Ring of Kerry and Dingle Peninsula. Everything would be 5 stars except there was a little musty smell, likely coming from the carpets and perhaps older furnishings in LR. It was wonderful to have 2 lovely bathrooms, a very comfortable king bed, laundry, and a sparkling kitchen. We did have problems communicating with the host, despite international roaming -- but that's not the fault of Lark Rise. Margaret was helpful and hospitable. The gps in our rental car was indispensable when communication was limited. Thank you Lark Rise for helping make our Ireland vacation so wonderful!

Great Location, Great House, Great Stay
We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The house was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and situated in a beautiful location. The local caretaker was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming and made us feel right at home. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Wunderbares Haus
Ein wunderbares Haus, groß, estätisch eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet in eine malerischen Umge. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit die wir dort verbracht haben, haben wir sehr genossen. Wir wurden sehr gerne noch mal dort Urlaub verbringen, sehr empfehlenswert!

Prachtige Bungalow
Huis met een heel mooi uitzicht van alle gemakken voorzien. De bedden waren van uitzonderlijke kwaliteit. Het huis ligt in de buurt van de Cap of Dunloo en het Nationaal Park van Kilarney.
Hoewel er op de site staat dat er Wifi aanwezig is, was dit er niet. De ontvangst van gewoon internet was ook slecht. Van de eigenaar kregen we een lijst van restaurants en hotels waar we konden internetten.
