We had great communication with the host before our trip. Didn’t need to ask for anything after our arrival! The place is clean and cozy. The bedding is thick and luxurious. The heaters work well and there is a small washing machine in case it's needed. I wasn't sure about the location but it IS just steps away from the gondola! If you choose to go into Chamonix its just a short ride, Ubers are available . Its also steps from the bus stop if thats the transportation you choose.
