Ocean Front ~ No Streets To Cross! Come And Enjoy A Memorable Beach Vacation!

This complex at 7100 Gulf Drive is well managed, impeccably maintained and has a reputation of being one of the island's best!

Enjoy the white sandy beach directly in front of the complex, soak in the recently renovated community pool, or play a game of tennis (courts have lights). The complex is on the island's free trolley route and there is a stop just up the street on 78th and Gulf Drive. The trolley makes it easy to hit up the local shops, grab a bite to eat or to just sit and enjoy the scenery as you travel the length of the island.

This 2nd floor, end unit has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and is fully furnished. The condo was updated with new flooring, granite countertops, area rugs & some new furniture in December of 2021. The main/master bedroom has a king sized bed and attached bathroom. This bathroom was renovated in October of 2019. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin sized beds and offers quick access to the second bathroom. Televisions are located in the master bedroom and living room. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for basic cooking. The private terrace offers a glimpse of the Gulf of Mexico and is perfect for eating breakfast or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening! We have beach chairs for you to use. If you need additional chairs, you can ask the onsite property manager.

The complex has a laundry room, so it's possible to do your laundry on site. The unit has one reserved parking spot, but additional parking is available.

My girlfriend (Treva) & I were very pleased with Clare's condo for many reasons. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable, and we were especially fond of the proximity to the beach and pool. Treva discovered the diamond painting crafts available in the living room and really liked being able to do that one evening. There really isn't much of a gulf view to be had from this condo, but while that can be a nice feature, the beach being so close was much more of value to us...close enough that we could walk back for drinks or whatever it was we needed in maybe like 3-4 minutes. Also, the beach is nice enough at this spot that you really don't need to go to any of the other beaches! The location of the condo is more in the middle zone of the Holmes Beach area so local restaurants and shops were all very close by, which also made it nice. We would highly recommend Clare's condo and we hope to return next September too! Also, we arrived on Labor Day and the lack of crowds was AMAZING! We are so used to being in crowded tourist spots like Panama City Beach, that we were quite happy to have a much quieter, Zen-like setting. Thanks, Mark

We enjoyed our stay in this homey beach condo. Everything was lovely. The only thing I would comment on is that the listing says there is a washer and dryer, but it does not specify that it's a community laundry room and that each load is 4. I would clarify that on the listing.

Steps from the beach, you cant go wrong! Views of the gulf right from the balcony! The condo was clean and plenty of room. Lovely vanity area for getting ready. Even a dishwasher so theres no washing dishes on vacation! Check in was a breeze! Very quiet street and perfect area

We had a great week away, and with young children, really appreciated that we were literally steps away from the beach. The hosts and property manager were super responsive and friendly, and the pool was a nice alternative to the beach. My kids are already wishing we were back!
