Sunny townhouse with three outdoor terraces located in quiet residential area only 10 minutes drive from Marbella town. Bright holiday home offers plenty of outdoor space to enjoy spanish sunshine at its best!



MAIN FLOOR: consists of living room with comfortable sofa-bed, TV, AC unit and fully equipped open-plan kitchen with access to the back patio. There is also a small bedroom with ceiling fan (no AC unit), double bed (1.35x1.80cm) and a shower room. Sofa-bed in the living room can be used for sleeping (size 1.30x1.80).



UPSTAIRS you have spacious master bedroom with high ceilings, king size bed (1.50x1.90cm), AC unit, mirrored wardrobes, adjacent shower room and access to another sunny terrace with sun loungers to sunbathe all day long.



This holiday home located in the 4 star VIME Reserva de Marbella aparthotel and you have free access to all hotel’s facilities onsite, such as 2 wonderful outdoor pools surrounded by gardens with sun beds and Balinese beds (at extra fee), as well as a heated indoor pool, sauna and fitness room. Bar/restaurant on site offers delicious meals and great friendly service. There is also outdoor playground for the little ones.



Free parking on the street just outside of the house.



Large supermarket that opens 7 days a week located just 2 minutes walk from the house. Within walking distance couple of restaurants, sports bar and a bus stop to take the bus to Marbella. Nearest beach and Cabopino port is 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive. Lively town Elviria with plenty of restaurants and bars only 3 minutes drive. Marbella town centre - 10 minutes drive.



PLEASE NOTE:



AC units ( cold/heat) in the living room and master bedroom upstairs. In the 2nd small bedroom only ceiling fan.

We were welcomed on day of arrival but disappointing no other contact ie to check everything was ok or a check in before we left. Apartment was pristine and beautifully cleaned for arrival. Unfortunately the adjoining neighbours were having a few heated loud arguments during our stay which resulted in baby crying and doors slamming etc.

Grundsätzlich gut. Alles ist ein wenig klein und eng. Das Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss ist sehr, sehr eng. Auch die Zimmer sind nicht grösser als 10m2. Sofa im "Wohnzimmer" sollte ersetzt werden.Umgebung Pool etc. sind sehr gut. Die Wohnung (2-stöckig) eignet sich nur für 2 Personen.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. TV mit deutschen Sender vorhanden. Küche ist zweckmässig eingerichtet. Abzug sollte ersetzt bzw. repariert werden.

Fijn huis met voorzieningen van het park

Fijn huis met heel de dag zon en privacy op het balkon. Juist ook voor de winter een prima plek. Fijne communicatie met de verhuurder over aankomst en vertrek. Park met verwarmd binnenzwembad en massage mogelijkheden. Ook het restaurant is aan te raden. Verder veel voorzieningen op loopafstand.
