A spacious apartment perfect for families looking to stay close to Estepona old town, beach and port. This holiday property has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan living room with dining area, fully fitted kitchen and a south west facing balcony with spectacular sea views. A good size and tastefully decorated property with Wifi and air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. The master bedroom has a super king size bed with an en-suite bathroom with bath, overhead shower, WC and sink. The second bedroom has a king size bed and the third bedroom is a twin. All bedrooms are equipped with spacious built-in cupboards. From the bright living room, we have direct access to the balcony with an outdoor dining area for six guests and extra seating to enjoy the wonderful views out to the Mediterranean sea. The lounge area has comfortable seating and also a dining area for up to six guests. The modern kitchen in this property is fully fitted with all the appliances you may require for your holiday. The apartment is equipped with a high-speed internet connection with an international TV streaming package including Sky. The property provides a private parking space in the underground garage and there is a large fenced community salt water swimming pool for adults and a separate salt water pool for children surrounded by beautiful and well-maintained tropical gardens with playground areas. The perfect option for your holidays in Estepona.
