We offer you this beautiful apartment with a private swimming pool (open only during the summer season), located on the 3rd and top floor of a building situated in a quiet residential area of Empuriabrava. With capacity for 2/3 people, it has one bedroom, a bathroom with shower, American kitchen, living-dining room with air conditioning, television and a cosy terrace from which you can enjoy magnificent views of the marina and the spectacle of boats entering and leaving the port.

Location

Gros problème de stationnement avec cette appartement, avons retrouvés notre véhicule taguée, nous en avons informés l'agence, réponse de celle-ci ( vous êtes français) inadmissible d'entendre une réponse de la sorte !!! Problème également avec la piscine suite pluie avec sable de sahara, l'agence devait nous faire passer le pisciniste mais rien au bout du séjour. Pas d'état des lieux à la prise de possession du logement, un fauteuil défectueux, heureusement nous avions pris les nôtres, pas d'état des lieux de sortie non plus. Remise des clefs dans la boite aux lettres de l'agence Attitudes services car départ vers 8.00 h du matin et agence non ouverte. Nous venons à Empuriabrava depuis plusieurs années et n'avons jamais rencontrés se genre de situation, nous ne recommandons pas cette location. Bien Cordialement
