The Old School Sleeps 14

Stay in this Luxe gorgeous former Victorian school in Lymington. The Old School has been highly renovated and split into two semi-detached houses, so guests can book one part of the house or all of it to sleep up to 14. This is perfect for groups, and larger families who want to be together but also would appreciate two large living rooms two kitchens, etc!
Book a chef, hot tub, in house spa treatment too! (additional costs apply!)

With church-style windows, glass balustrade, and modern interiors, this cottage has been beautifully converted into a holiday home-from-home. It is the perfect base for all groups, friends and families alike.

The unique multi-function layout offers the best of both worlds- a lot of space for families/groups and quiet also enough space for quiet too. Offering multi function socials areas so you can all come together.

The cottages are two semi detached cottages side by side, so there are two lounges/ two kitchens/two dining spaces and four bathrooms, and two downstairs W/C's! All at an affordable price!

They can be adjoined by a few steps from the bi-fold doors into the Garden if one to the other, perfect for multi-generational breaks. Safe for children as they are not accessed from the road.

The Garden has outdoor dining furniture and BBQ. HOT TUB AND IN HOUSE CHEF/SPA IS AN ADDITIONAL COST.

Downstairs-Entrance leads into the large living area to seat up to 14 on large sofa, perfect for movie night. Fire place.

Dining table seating up to 10.

Sofa bed sleeping 1.

Glass balustrade leading upstairs.

Bedroom 1 -1 king bed sleeping up to 2 with ensuite.

Bedroom 2 , 1 king bed and one double sleeping up to 4.

Cottage 1 can sleep Up to 7.
If everyone wants own bed then 4 persons including sofa bed in lounge.

The garden area has a bbq and seating for up to 10.

Downstairs- Gorgeous navy kitchen with gold accents, open plan kitchen living space and dining table to seat up to 10

Double Sofa bed in lounge sleeping 1.

Bedroom 2 - Double bed x2 sleeps up to 4 with ensuite.

Total for cottage 1 = up to 8 or if everyone is wanting own bed 5 including sofa bed in lounge.

The garden area has a bbq and seating area for up to 4/ patio for hot tub hires.

Parking for 4/5 cars. Hen groups/stag group/young group celebrations please note.

We only accept very low key hen /stag/celebrations as elevated noise and disruption will not be tolerated, we will consider groups on a case by case basis and additional terms/deposit will apply.

We care about our community and do not want noisy groups or parties/ we reserve the right to terminate bookings immediately if this rule is not complied with and we get complaints from neighbours.
