The dining room with fireplace, built-in seats is a typical Ibizan setting, a large kitchen fully equipped with all modern comforts.
Large outdoor terrace with private pool, sun loungers for everyone, outdoor furniture and large porch with dining area to spend a dream vacation.
Air conditioning and heating. Parking for two cars. fenced land. Pool Not fenced. A typical scenario of the Ibicenca Island, we are waiting for you!

The Ecotax and deposit will be paid in cash upon arrival of the client at the house, the deposit will be returned in the same way upon departure.
