Chic modernised Grade 2 listed house of historic interest in the eye of the Cotswolds protected AONB. Ideal for enjoying the attractions of Bourton on the Water and all other villages. River Windrush/village centre is a 300 m stroll. 2 King size bedrooms and both with private en suite bathrooms. Please read 5 star superhost reviews. Stays of 3 nights min. unless 2 nights between bookings already made Fiber BB /HDTV/CD / DAB Bluetooth radio. Pets welcome. NO EXTRA HOST CHARGES ON BOOKINGS.
The space
Immaculate and chic with a warm and friendly welcome to all our international guests. Lounge with log burner and Kitchen diner with dual fuel range for those who like to cook.
2 Luxury bedrooms with King Size beds and state of the sleep Emma mattresses coupled with toppers and white duvet covers and cotton sheets. Fiber Optic cable Broadband and Sky TV. Outside there is a private south facing patio garden with al fresco dining table for our guests to enjoy weather permitting.
Guest access
There are 2 king size bedrooms. The Coachmans quarters in the historic period part of the house dating back to 1897 and validated by old graffiti to the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Victoria. Your bathroom and toilet are directly above your bedroom and the only access is via your own private room.
Large Power Shower facilitiy and dual wash basins and toilet.

The other modern king size master bedroom suite is to the rear of the house over the kitchen and dining area and again has its own private bathroom accessed in a similar fashion. Very Large luxury double bath , dual wash basins and toilet facilities.
Other things to note
BT Fiber Broadband. Sky HD Full House ( SKY TV, Sky Sports, Sky Movies ) for those rainy days or quiet nights in by the log burner. Bluetooth/DAB streaming music radio for those picnics/lunches/dinners al fresco.
