    Lage ist super sowohl um in die Stadt zu kommen als auch die Treppe runter zum Strand. Klima vorhanden ( die auch funktioniert) jedoch war es bei uns in der Nacht draußen angenehm kühl sodass frische kühle Luft von draußen rein kam. Im Hochsommer ist die Klimaanlage eher zu klein dimensioniert.
