Disappointed....

Checkin and communication was good with owner. On arrival scaffolding up at propwrty with skip in parking place. The property was clean throughout. Scaffoling immediately outside back door with water running down the back door from drainage pipes. The back garden was a building yard with washing machine and ladder almost blocking the back door outside. There were not enough towels for the 5 of us, not enough cutlery, cups or glasses. On the description it states a hot tub... unless the hot tub was in the skip it defo wasnt there. Really quite disappointed.
