Feel like a local

The immediate area around the location is not heavily touristed and you can get a genuine local experience. 5 to 10 minutes walking towards the centre of town and the action picks up. Bedroom, lounge and kitchen are all clean and comfortable. The little balcony is where we finished every evening listening to sounds of life. Great stay.

Even though the property is a little bit outside of the city center, it can easily be reached within a 15/20 minute walk and there are plenty of buses at the street corner. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need. Pietro is great at communicating and lives nearby if necessary. There are also a lot of supermarkets and cafes in the neighborhood. Make sure to ask Pietro about the local restaurants; he knows all the good, non touristy places.

Übernachtung in Bologna

Der Standort der Wohnung ist ideal, weit genug vom schönen aber rummeligen Zentrum entfernt, das mit dem Bus (Haltestelle 2 Minuten Fussweg entfernt) gut zu erreichen ist. Direkt neben dem Mehrfamilienhaus gibt es einen Pub, der nur Freitag Abends etwas belebter war. Wer auf großen Luxus verzichten kann und gerne in komplett abdunkelbaren Räumen schläft, wird mit der Unterkunft zufrieden sein. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen schönen Blick in die bewaldeten Hügel.

Appartamento Pulito e Completo di ogni servizio

Ho pernottato in questo appartamento con la mia compagna dal 13 al 15 Ottobre, l’ho trovato estremamente pulito. Letto molto comodo, cucina completa e funzionante, bagno pulito, utilissima la lavatrice. La posizione è buona, grazie alla fermata degli autobus vicino casa si può raggiungere sia il centro che la stazione dei treni in pochi minuti. Il proprietario di casa è stato molto gentile e preciso nel darmi tutte le indicazioni di cui avevo bisogno. Abbiamo vissuto una bella esperienza a Bologna anche grazie a questo confortevole appartamento.😁

Nos alojamos durante dos noches y fué todo estupendo, el contacto con el dueño magnífico, alojamiento con buenos servicios cerca y fácil para llegar al centro. Destaco la limpieza del alojamiento y la comodidad del dormitorio. Un gran detalle tener café para poder levantante con buen pie tomando uno en la terraza. Recomendable!!!

Forse la signora dovrebbe leggere bene gli annunci e le regole della casa, tra cui quella si effettuare la raccolta differenziata della mondezza. Non è poi così difficile.
