It is located in the city center, near famous Morandi museum and Carducci museum, only 7 minutes by foot from Piazza Maggiore and TWO Towers, is in a one of the main streets of Bologna 'Strada maggiore', a few minutes by bus from Central Train Station, in an ideal location for those who want visit the city by foot.
Entrance, double bed, is equipped with all you need for a confortable stay in Bologna. Internet Wifi 24/24, 26'' flat TV, closet, kitchen with moka and toaster, bathroom with large shower, towels and sheets available ever free for guests, city map.
The price is always for the whole apartment and includes all utilities, full use of kitchen,towels and sheets cleaned and disinfected at beginning of stay, final cleaning. Tax of stay 1,50€
If requested is possible park the car free(ask all informations about it before), and 2 bikes available to visit the city by bycicle!

Confortevole!
Complessivamente il soggiorno è stato molto buono, il proprietario molto disponibile, tutti i servizi menzionati nella recensione rispecchiavano quello he abbiamo trovato: angolo cottura, wifi, una doccia comoda e un letto non enorme ma confortevole. Posizione ottima, vicino l'ospedale dove dovevamo andare, e anche comodo a 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza della città. Consigliato

Ottimo soggiorno
Monolocale piccolo ma molto confortevole e silenzioso, angolo cottura comodo per essere autonomi con la colazione e il pranzo/cena. Bagno curato, doccia ampia, insomma un'esperienza positiva, consigliato anche per la posizione, negozi e market a pochi metri, e a pochi minuti a piedi dalle due torri. Anche il proprietario gentile e disponibile a dare informazioni sulla città.

Molto confortevole
Appartamento centrale, comodo e confortevole. Pulito, wi-fi ben funzionante, temperatura riscaldamento regolabile personalmente. E' situato in una corte veramente silenziosa, piccoli supermercati (anche bio) a pochi passi. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Un' ottima soluzione per visitare Bologna!

Essenziale e comodo soprattutto nella posizione.
Essenziale nello spazio ma dotato di ogni confort compreso il wi fi. Silenzioso e con un comodo cortile dove si può anche trovare parcheggio, è in posizione ideale per chi vuole esplorare la città a piedi e avere un appoggio dove tornare a riposare anche per poco tempo. Quartiere carino e servito da molti negozi. Proprietario cordiale e disponibile.
