For the traveler that doesn’t leave home without their furry friend, this property is pet-friendly and is located 8 blocks from Discovery Green Urban park where there is a fun dog run for your companion.
This unique studio that accommodates 4 guests features:
- A luminous open-plan living area with a large sofa that can be pulled out to sleep two people if needed, a cushy armchair, a coffee table plus a flatscreen wall-mounted TV, and direct access to the balcony. A perfect place to relax and spend downtime moments at home.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances, utensils, and accessories you’d need to prepare meals at home.
- A dining table to enjoy a meal at home.
- 1 plush queen bed that is separated by a half wall away from the kitchen area.
- A full modern bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
- A laptop-friendly work place set up with a desk, chair, and lamp to comfortably accommodate the remote worker.
- A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer in the unit for added convenience.
- There is an unassigned parking space in the garage free of charge. There is additional parking on the street if needed.

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the apartment and shared access to the apartment’s shared amenities like the pool, gym and sky lounge
Other things to note
Wi-Fi, bed linens, bath towels, and parking are provided free during your stay.
There is no daily housekeeping but if you’d like the place cleaned that can be arranged for an additional fee. Just let us know in advance so we can arrange it for you.
We provide some home/bath essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, bleach, and dishwashing liquid. Keep in mind these items are not replenished. If you need more you’ll need to purchase what you need.
This is a pet-friendly property; 2 pets max, up to 50 lbs per pet, and a pet fee of $50 USD.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 18 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home. The use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply is a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during the stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
