Nice Apartment & Neighborhood

Our stay went off without a hitch and we stayed quite comfortably. Communication was easy and check-in and -out instructions were great. The apartment is outfitted with all the necessary basics for cooking and relaxing. Everything matches the pictures and the descriptions. The surrounding area has loads of cute shops and restaurants, as well as a nice grocery store.

Cancellation by owner at arrival time

Our family of 2 adults and 3 children arrived at the property in London, contacted the host for access details ( we had 2 separate confirmation emails previously) to be then informed via a text that the apartment was no longer available. At 5pm on a Saturday for a 2 night booking. Appalling communication and no explanation or apology then or since.There is a for sale sign up at the property. We arrive home after our weekend and find an email asking for a review of our stay so here it is.
