Amazing properties because they are next to each other and perfect locationWe had an incredible stay! The house was always quick to respond and made everything smooth and easy.We were traveling with our relatives and our parents who preferred to have their own space rather than stay in the same house with all of our young children. Booking these two neighboring properties was the perfect solution for our large family!Both homes were impeccably, clean, amazing location. The kids love the swimming pool, the private backyard, and conveniently there was a children’s part on our way walking to the beach, which we made great use of, and walking to the beach with the kids was a breeze.There are also plenty of restaurants and shops all within walking distance, you really don’t even need a car if you don’t want one!Yes, we truly enjoyed these vacation homes we highly recommend both properties, especially for large families, looking for comfort, convenience, and a fantastic location. You simply can’t beat it!Yes, we highly recommend and we will be back again.

Our stay here was wonderful!!! The house was clean, well equipped, and perfect for my wife and three children. It had everything we needed for a family of five. The pool was incredible for the kids and also had all the necessities for an easy walk to the beach. Thanks Andree for being a great host!!!

Very equipped home! Was perfect for our family stay. The backyard is truly all you need! Amazing pool and space, plenty of seating. We loved our time here! Walkable to beach and restaurants. We didn’t even need a car! Would be great with small kids/baby as there is a crib and toys. Would love to stay again!

Great location, easy walk to beach and great restaurants/cafes. Very well maintained, clean and well stocked house. 6 adults stayed very comfortably here. Host very communicative and responsive. Worked a couple of mornings with no problems. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Lauderdale-by-the-sea is a great relaxed vibe; perfect escape from the long New England winter.

The renovated house was stunning—spotlessly clean and in the perfect location, just minutes from downtown. What really set it apart, though, were all the thoughtful kid-friendly features. From the crib and high chair to toys, kitchenware, and everything else you could possibly need for little ones, this home truly makes traveling with children a breeze. We can’t wait to stay here again on our next trip!

We had to book a last minute stay for my husband’s sisters funeral. We were not having the best of time just because of the circumstances in which we had to come to Florida. When we got to the house EVERYTHING was perfect. Clean and very welcoming. The best were perfect! Everything was perfect. Our hostess Andree was absolutely amazing!!!! Super clean and stocked with necessities

We had an awesome time at this property! Very clean and had everything you need to cook and live comfortably all week. Location is perfect for relaxing or the night life if you choice to do that. Owner was very responsive and friendly! Would stay here again for sure!

Absolutely amazing, spent most of our days at the pool. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants was awesome! Andree was amazing as well. She responded right away with any questions I had before the stay and during. When we come back down next year if this property is available, we will be staying again for sure.

Wonderful stay!

The house was very clean and well stocked with all essential items. Great proximity to the beach and restaurants. Had all necessary items for my 15 month old. Would highly recommend this house and host!
