Boston House - A great celebration house at the heart of the English Lake District.
Boston House, sleeps 14 in 7 bedrooms with 7 bathrooms. This classic Lake District house has a large kitchen, 7-seat hot tub in a private area and a 14-seat cinema in the cellar. Located close to Windermere the property is ideally placed for walking into the village with all of its cafes, restaurants and bars.
The house features a lounge with large leather Chesterfield sofas, Smart TV and a living flame gas fire. The dining room seats up to 15 guests. The large kitchen has a central island unit, a large electric range cooker, 2 dishwashers and everything you need to cook up a splendid meal for your guests. The cellar is home to our 15-seat cinema with 75 inch Smart TV. Upstairs there are 7 bedrooms, 5 are ensuite, there are 2 separate bathrooms one on each floor.
Outside there is a rear courtyard garden with a private 7-seat hot tub. At the front of the property, there is parking for up to 8 cars. There is access to a fast EV charger located on the wall of the maintenance building.
We welcome up to 4 dogs at the property. There is an additional charge per dog, which can be added at check-out.

Boston House was the 3rd house Andrew and Barbara Cheetham bought on their journey to buy the whole street known as The Terrace. Their vision was to create a row of celebration houses where every group was there to celebrate something even if that was just being together. 16 years later The Terrace hosts gatherings of all types every week.
