Luxury Chalet in Rural Cornwall
A beautiful lodge all on one level consisting of a bedroom, bathroom and open plan kitchen / diner/ living room. Outside there is parking and small garden.The area is nestled in a beautiful unspoilt valley in rural Cornwall. This property has spectacular views across the valley and a sense of calm and peacefulness that is rarely found nowadays. There is a balcony where you can sit and ponder ,have your breakfast out here or just look at the fantastic sunsets with a glass of bubbly. Wadebridge with it's famous camel trail is a 10 min drive away. Padstow 20 mins. You really are practically in the centre of Cornwall, so all your favourite sightseeing spots can be done. All of the lovely National Trust properties, St Micheals Mount, Lanhydrock, Cotehele, Trerice . We have some wonderful gardens also, Lost gardens of Heligan, Trebah, Glendurgan, Pinetum and Trengwainton not to mention the moors and stunning beaches on the North and South coasts.

we have been hosting guests on our property for 20 years. I love how it brings people from all areas and all walks of life that we wouldn't normally meet. We converted two barns and have now added two gorgeous lodges, the barns were an old stable and the other a milking parlour, the two new lodges are standing on the ground that once housed cattle.
Why they chose this property
We have lush fields around us and are part of a small hamlet of approx 6 houses. The two things that i enjoy the most about this area are the beauty and the peace.
What makes this property unique
Although we are deep in rural countryside we are practically in the geographical centre of Cornwall making it easy to access anywhere. The A30 which is the backbone of Cornwall is a 10 min drive through the lanes, you can visit your favourite spot, return to peace at the end of the day.
