A really super apartment. Everything was catered for and it was very comfortable. Parking was very close and easy to access. The pub next door was excellent and did lovely food. The view was amazing.
This is a lovely place to stay and we had a really relaxing time. It is so quiet and peaceful and the location is perfect. The overall standard of the property was excellent and we will definitely be coming back.
Everything was 'nice' the appartment, the view, the pub next door, location, the owner, kitted out for more than just 4 people, with quality bits and pieces.
Property was very clean and tidy with everything you could need for great self catering holiday. Well situated for Padstow or Wadebridge ia the Camel trail.

Fabulous apartment equipped with everything you need. Spotlessly clean. Excellent location close to the seven bays all lovely beaches and the Camel Trail. Fantastic view over the estuary to Padstow. Will certainly be returning.
Good central location to visit all parts of Cornwall.
The apartment was very well decorated and set up. The kitchen was very easy to work in and we had everything we needed.
This was our second holiday in this this lovely apartment, the first time we’ve visited Cornwall in the Winter.
The accommodation was just as lovely as our holiday last year. We found it warm, comfortable and with great wifi!
As described - property is very well equipped and comfortable. Good WiFi. Quarryman Inn next door is good and obviously very convenient! Well located in notlrth Cornwall.
The photos do not do this property justice. We are a family of 4 and really enjoyed the apartments layout, furniture and decor, but most impressive was the view down to Padstow from the living room sofa whilst relaxing in the evenings.We will definitely be back.
Fantastic apartment with everything you need for a relaxing getaway!
We came down to Cornwall for half term to see Padstow, Tintagel and Bude. It was a great trip and thoroughly recommend. We managed to miss lunch at the pub thought, so thats a good excuse to come back again!
We've stayed here four times now, and the apartment is still as immaculate as the first time we came. It's very well equipped, and ideally placed for getting to lovely coastal walks.
Unfortunately our walking was curtailed by Storm Darragh, but the apartment was a warm, comfortable place to stay indoors, if rather noisy in the very strong winds because of its exposed position with views out to the coast!
A great property very spacious. Very well equipped.
Had family visiting from New Zealand, it was great to be able to visit Cornwall with them.

Lovely comfortable accommodation with a super view!
It was our third stay in this apartment and we enjoyed it as much as the first two. It's a cosy base for a winter trip - we were lucky with the weather but if it hadn't been good, we would have been comfortable and warm staying indoors. Lots of good circular coastal walks within easy reach, both sides of the Camel estuary.
A super apartment, well presented and furnished with a great homely feel, and wonderful views of course. Oh a the pub was a handy addition! Hope to stay again soon

Hi, I am a retired Finance Manager with nearly 40 years experience in the Motor Industry and my wife is an Account Manager at a GP Surgery and together we own Tylney Retreat. We have been having family holidays in Cornwall since 1994 and have always dreamt of owning our own 'bolt hole'. We have spent a lot of time decorating and furnishing the apartment and believe it provides a really comfortable base to explore the Cornish countryside and coast. We have been travelling to North Cornwall, with our family, for many years. Edmonton, near Wadebridge, is in an area of outstanding natural beauty. It is an ideal location for a holiday retreat.
