The barn is immaculate and such a luxurious place to stay in Cornwall. Janie and John went above and beyond to make us and our small dog feel welcome, as well as helping us when we ran into a couple of issues. Would definitely return!
A lovely place to stay. We received a very warm welcome from Janie and John. The property was as described and more. Janie could not do enough to make our stay any better. Will definitely be going back. Thank you!
The barn was amazing, everything we needed and more with a fabulous garden for our dog to explore and with easy access to the stunning beaches of Cornwall. Janie and John were delightful, really helpful and on hand if we needed anything. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we would highly recommend this property!
Janie and John were great hosts, super friendly and accommodating. The barn was amazing, spotlessly clean and they also provided a few essentials. The home cinema and piano were used daily and it’s in a great location. Highly recommend
I instantly felt at home here and Jainey and John were the perfect hosts. The property has everything i needed and the surrounding gardens and countryside were so peaceful. I would definitely come again.
Killibury barn was fantastic from the location, to the property itself and the host Janie. We were made very welcome, including our dog. We’ll definitely be returning.
Beautiful location in the countryside, but only a short drive to Wadebridge & Padstow. Very well equipped and well decorated little barn, perfect for our stay.
Our host, Janie was very welcoming & friendly, loved the homemade honey & fresh herbs.
Recommend a visit to St Kew Inn, amazing food & service, will need to book beforehand.
Thanks for such a lovely stay !
We had a really great stay. The property is so light and spacious, spotlessly clean and thoroughly equipped with everything you could need for your stay. The kitchen has everything including a dishwasher and it was a special treat to have a ‘cinema experience’ when we relaxed in the evening.
Beautiful countryside and walking on the doorstep, we particularly enjoyed the walk from Rock to Polzeath and the lovely restaurants in Wadebridge.
The hosts were lovely and made us feel very welcome. We look forward to returning very soon!
Fantastic, spacious, clean. Peaceful location short distance to wadebridge
We had a very restful time in this fantastic property. Watch films on the projector which was a real treat. Our own private cinema. Quality all round. Quirky. With beautiful views across the countryside. Would definitely recommend. Close to padstow and the sea. Great farm shop up the road. Feel very chilled.
Janie and Jon made our stay simply perfect. They were so helpful, they recommended the best pub (which was so great we went twice) They recommended a beautiful dog friendly beach (we had our two little dogs with us) The eco house was great, such a good sized space for the two of us. Loved the projector, loved the huge garden. What it doesnt tell you or show you in the listing is the little decking area which has a BBQ so we used that a couple of times. We will be back. THANK YOU
Janie and John are your ideal hosts- nothing too much trouble. Amenities are top quality: full range of kitchen equipment; whole space is bright and airy; attention to detail is perfect; provision of local maps a great touch for those of us who want to explore; local provisions a 5 minute drive. Spectacular coastal walks all within 7-11 miles of leaving the property; cosy decking area means privacy and all afternoon to evening sunshine; cinema style TV viewing a bonus especially during the jubilee weekend; and if you can play the piano- what a joy!
We took our border collie that was made welcome to run around the expanse of outdoor lawn to chase balls and simply explore safely within an enclosed space.
We will definitely return but hope there will be dates available as we are sure this property will be highly sought after.
Extremely satisfied and relaxed after a full week in June.
Great property in a very good location for north Cornwall. Open views across to the sea, lovely sunsets from the property. Really clean and comfy with very good facilities. Great for 2 people if you like modern contemporary living which we do. Janie is a very welcoming host who made us feel at home. Book it now! (but leave some time free for us to return😃).

We were so lucky to find this place. It's tucked away about a mile up the road from Wadebridge with amazing views in all directions. The barn itself is all newly built – it was peaceful, clean and beautifully decorated, possibly even nicer than the pictures made it seem. The hosts, Janie and John, were really friendly and incredibly knowledgable about the local area and suggested a nice walk on Bodmin Moor. It was an easy drive to Port Isaac for dinner and we visited Padstow and the local beaches too. My only regret is that we only had two nights here and we will definitely be booking for a week in the summer to explore some more.

Why they chose this property
Killibury Barn is a super spacious, light and airy barn with open plan living. The property is on a hill outside of Wadebridge with amazing views. Very close to lovely town of Wadebridge, the cycle route (The Camel Trail) to Padstow, a short drive to wonderful beaches of Polzeath, Rock, Harlyn Bay, Trevone Bay and many more. Also a short drive to dramatic cliff walks and the moors.
