Great location, 2 minutes walk to the beach and 5/10 minutes to Balcon de Europa. Apartment was adequate, interior looking a bit tired, pool area was lovely. We were in No. 10 and sun was off the patio by around 3 in the afternoon, apartments on the other side had sun for longer. Communication with the gent prior to arriving was poor, but once on site they were good and the office close by.

Lovely house in Nerja town

A good house right beside Nerja in an ideal location.It's not pristine but it is clean. We didn't use the pool as we were only a stones throw from the beaches where our teens spent most of their time.A larger bed would be preferable to the standard double, some more food serving/storage would be good and some more pegs in the bathroom is a necessity (two pegs for four people is not enough).I would not stay in high season as the banging of the entrance gates on either side of the property was annoying but this can probably be fixed.The little garden was a treat and the house was comfortable and large enough for four.The agents were lovely and very helpful, the place was easy to find and overall we had a lovely stay.

La casa y ubicación es fantástica

La propiedad es fantástica pero va necesitando un repaso de detalles…pintar algunas cosas, renovar lencería, juntas ducha, …estaría genial poner aire acondicionado en la segunda habitación y oscurecedores en ventanas, entra mucha luz, también el menaje y útiles de cocina es justito.
