Beautiful Waterfront Pool Home with Waterfall, Boater's Paradise

Welcome to your beautiful vacation home, with a large heated pool and Sailboat/Gulf access. It is located 5 minutes to the Caloosahatchee River and is perfect for boating!

This home boasts beautiful water views of the large intersecting canals. It is located on a cul-de-sac with great privacy. The home is fully equipped with all of your needs to make your stay comfortable. It sleeps up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms, and an additional sofa bed.

You'll love the views and access to pool from both the master bedroom and guest room. Enjoy morning coffee and evening wine on our lanai. Just bring your suitcases and leave the rest to us!

You will be just 20-30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva! This gorgeous home is close to shopping and grocery. Amenities included are fishing off the dock, swimming & more.

Cape Coral is a wonderful city close to everything! We have the Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach on the Caloosahatchee River less than 10 minutes away. Also enjoy a day at Sunsplash Family Waterpark which is close as well. We are 2 hours away from Tampa, Fort Lauderdale & Miami as well as 3 hours to Orlando.

Cape Coral Mini Vacation

The property is located near everything- trip to Sanibel; river - dine in with grill or kitchen or dine out - local restaurants are plenty. Will try and stay again when we come back if available Convenient to Fort Meyers Airport - 30 minutes

Perfect house

We absolutely loved staying here. It had everything we needed for the 6 of us. Even though it rained our whole trip the kids had a blast in the pool and fishing off the dock. Location was nice as it was close to the bridge to get to Fort Myers Beach. Thank you for allowing my family to stay here.

Amazing home. Best VRBO we ever rented!

Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We spent a few days going to the beach and a few days relaxing at the house. The house is close to many restaurants. We hate to leave and hope to return at some point.

overall, the house was amazing! we loved the pool and the fact that we could swim whenever we wanted. the beds were so comfortable and we just loved it! there is seriously no better place to stay. the view from the pool and our house in general was amazing!

Beautiful Cape Coral Home

Spent 10 relaxing days in this very lovely house

We loved every minute of our stay in this lovely house. So relaxing to sit on the terrasse and the deck and see the sunrice and the sunset, to swim in the pool and to fish in the Canal. Close to shopping and lots of restaurants. We have been to Cape Coral a couple of times and this house was by fare the best in our oppion. Could have been nice if we could have parked in the garage - but that’s just a minor thing. We will love to come back.

A most wonderful vacation

Super happy we decided to rent this place for our vacation in SWFL. The villa is beautiful, tastefully decorated and very convenient. There's so many good things that it wont fit in a short review, but to name a few - the pool is extraordinary and just sitting on the chairs on the beautiful dock having a morning coffee was a delight. Communication with the owner was excellent, quick responses and help to some questions we had. I'd be happy to return some day. Highly recommended!

Great Space for a Family

As a family, we decided to start a new tradition of taking a holiday trip every Christmas. This house was a great way to kickstart that! The space was perfect for 9 adults. The owners/property manager were attentive and readily available for any questions. The heated pool was a hit, and the home’s spacious layout was comfortable. We loved being off the water and accessible to the area’s great amenities (eateries, islands, etc)! We would highly recommend the property owners and this home.

It was easy to find and use the lockbox. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. There was a nice little welcome baskets of treats. The house was very clean. We loved the pool area. There were noodles and other toys to use as well. We saw a dolphin swim past the dock. The outside area was very nice as well. It was an easy drive to Fort Myers. We would definitely recommend!

Beautiful and relaxing.

The house is beautiful with a great view and was stocked with everything you would need to enjoy your trip. The house was located on a corner lot which was nice to see the boats coming and going. My son loved it because he was able to fish off the dock and that I was able to bring the pontoon boat we rented back to the house for a day of enjoyment. Cannot say enough about this house but I know I will be back to stay again. Thank you to the owners that if you needed them were only a phone call away and thanks to the cleaning service which had the house spotless for our arrival. One of our best vacations.

Wonderful vacation!

We had a fantastic stay at this home! It was a perfect fit for us. The rooms were well prepared and spacious. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you needed. Our boys and granddaughter loved the pool and back porch seating areas. There was privacy if you needed it and common areas when it was family time. It was so very hard to leave and get back to work after such a relaxing time. The property manager, Rhi, was very attentive and made herself available if I had any questions. We already are speaking of plans to return. Thank you for sharing your home with our family!

Beautiful home and location

Stunning home and location! Kitchen is very well stocked. The home was not clean at all. I think the cleaners just washed the bedding and that was it. Floor was not swept, bathrooms were dirty and door glass was filthy. Maybe time to hire a new cleaner. Other than that the house was great!

Loved the house and view so much that we wanted to go back next year but the dates aren't available

This beautiful home exceeded our expectations. We'd been looking forward to this vacation for months and wanted a home that had enough room for any of our children or grandchildren who could come for a visit. We were able to entertain family and spent most of our time on the beautiful lanai. It was so comfortable eating outdoors and we enjoyed the view so much that we spent little time indoors. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of linens, towels and nice big beach towels. There was also plenty of closet space with two walk in closets, which also had a large selection of games and puzzles. I only hope we can find a place as nice for next year.
