The only nice thing I can say is the manager was quick to refund our money.
The neighborhood has no charm and does not feel safe. They was no key or code, inside we had to wait 15 minutes in a cold, urine-smelling staircase to to let into an occupied apartment.
Yes! That’s right, they double-booked the rental. Thankfully the occupants were gracious and let our younger daughter use the restroom.
The manager made a weak attempt to suggest another property, but by that time, we’d found a hotel with a better situation and a much cleaner building.
Do not book this place.
