About this property

Our Two Bedroom Home Is Centrally Located,In The Famous Beautiful Fountain Hills

Great location, close to Scottsdale, Phoenix, Mesa and Airport, We- Ko-Pa casino and Mayo Clinic and Cubs spring training ballpark. Located on a desert wash with lots of privacy. One story, one car garage, 2 bedroom, 2 bath home.
Master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, Tv, sitting area with a full size pull out couch, patio doors that led to back patio. Second bedroom has a queen size bed with another full bath right next door, large closet and TV. Sofa in living room has pull out queen bed, and TV. Washer and Dryer located in a closet in the kitchen. There are Patio doors in dining area, living room and in the master bedroom. which lead to our beautiful heated pool with bar area and grill. We also have cable in all rooms and wireless internet. The living room is warm and inviting space. Exceptional views, including the fountain! Quiet neighborhood, minutes to shopping, restaurant's, walking, hiking, golfing, and tubing (May-Nov) kayaking, boating (Rentals for both) ,Saguaro Lake Marina (8 Miles away) horseback riding, etc.

"The owner of this property will provide you with pertinent safely information, explain your responsibilities under the Fountain Hills Town Code, and expect you to certify your compliance therewith."

Great place great location.

The property was super close to the fountain and restaurants in fountain hills. The neighborhood is very nice. The place feels spacious and was very clean. Loved the patio and pool area just to sit and relax.

Fountain Hills getaway

We loved our 3 weeks in Fountain Hills in March, the wildflowers were especially beautiful this year with the wet winter. The location is excellent, quiet neighborhood, easy access to town center, on the edge of PHX metro close to hiking and Tonto National forest wilderness. Comfortable house, well-stocked kitchen, secluded patio, and small heated pool.

Very Nice with all the amenities and "little things"

House was very nice. Beautiful patio and pool. Very quiet but in a great neighborhood. There is nothing missing in this place...all kitchen appliances, utensils, spices, towels, bedding, etc. Thanks for your hospitality.

Fountain Hills home

This spacious, well equipped home has been the nicest place we have ever stayed at. Everything you could need or want has been provided for. Comfortable bed and couches, large dining room table, very well equipped kitchen. You can't do better. Close to restaurants and grocery shopping.

Chuck and Mary have a really nice home. For the three of us it was perfect. The house was very neat and clean. We loved the way the backyard isn't walled in and has a great view of the wash. We are experienced worldwide VRBO'ers and rate this rental at the top of our stays. It really was like a "HomeAway". Our rating is based on an 18 night stay not a 1 night debacle like the first review. It is beautifully furnished and equipped beyond expectations. It's in pristine condition! Communication with the owners was prompt and attentive. It was clear that our satisfaction was their top priority. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with ready access to shopping, golf and everything you need. Thank you Mary and Chuck for helping to make our first trip to Arizona a most memorable one.

Mountain Bike Getaway

Overall we were very happy with our stay. We initially had a small hiccup with the check-in, but after a call to VRBO and a quick response from the homeowner all was well. (I only mention it because I was impressed with the service from the VRBO rep). We did use the hot tub filter when we searched for a property and there was no hot tub, however the pool warmed up nicely and we actually enjoyed it as much or more than a hot tub. The kitchen (and house in general) was spotless and well-equipped. The location was quiet and perfect for accessing the mountain biking trails which was the main purpose of our visit. We would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to others.

Beautiful home, everything is minutes away.

House is very nice, has everything you could possibly need. So comfortable and homey. Everything possible in the kitchen to cook including spices, seasonings, pots, pans, bowls and utensils. Bath towels galore, beach towels. Washer, dryer and detergent. Excellent place! All we really needed was our shampoos, soaps and groceries. We enjoyed our stay😊

Easy, comfortable and convenient

Our stay at this property was very enjoyable. There were lots of amenities including a swimming pool. The back yard was quiet, quite large and felt private though it was shared with the neighboring duplex. This is an easy property to occupy and vacate. The manager (owner) was very helpful and the property guidebook is all anyone needs if this is the first time visiting Fountain Hills.

Christmas in Rainy Arizona

We were very pleased with the property. There were 6 of us staying in the house and we were afraid if might be a bit small for us, but there were plenty of get away areas. The heated pool was a nice addition and was used almost everyday, even though it was rainy most days. The kitchen was very well equipped. We found almost everything that we needed to do lots of cooking. Shopping and library was close.

Lovely home

Perfect location for the race

We came to Phoenix for the Javelina Jundred race which takes place in McDowell Mountain Regional Park. The house was the perfect home base for our crew. Chuck Sr., who manages the duplex for his kids, made us feel extremely welcome. It was like having our own personal concierge giving us recommendations for various local restaurants. If my husband is crazy enough to attempt the race again next year, we definitely will be back!
