Lost hot water, lied to about rebate, mice

Our group of 4 is a pretty patient lot, but the ending of this stay was a nightmare. First was when we saw the mice. With city properties of this age, that wasn't a complete shock. The biggest issue is when we lost hot water. It happened on our last Saturday morning. I informed the owner and was told that she couldn't do anything about it until after we left. She did offer us a partial refund for our inconvenience. It's been weeks since our return and no rebate. Maybe you'll be lucky and things will work out for you. But if not, don't expect it getting fixed
