Villa Can Sita" is a four bedroomed 600 m2 property with accommodation for up to 8 people. The Villa is set in grounds of 10,000 m2, close to some of the most beautiful beaches on the island and only 15 minutes drive from the airport and from the town of Ibiza.
The pool area, with an integrated jacuzzi, offers a perfect place to relax with a superb panoramic view over the mediterranean.
The Villa has underfloor heating and air conditioning with a total of 14 outlets to ensure for a perfect indoor climate. In addition, there is a huge open fireplace at the top of the house for those romantic evenings.
The spacious kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, large freezer and a double-door refridgerator.
The main bedroom with sea view and air conditioning, has a king-size bed, Tv, a 6 meter walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with jakuzzi and a massage shower.
The second bedroom, also with sea view, air conditioning and king size bed has a large built-in wardrobe, a private sun terrace and a full en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
A third bedroom with twin beds, air conditioning, large built-in wardrobe and private sun terrace has a full en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
There is a further air conditioned bedroom with double bed and large built-in wardrobe.
To ensure for your safety and peace of mind there are security video cameras positioned all around the property.
