We welcome you to Little Beach House: sleeps 8 (max 6 adults) in 3 bedrooms

Single storey - Ground Floor

Open plan living/kitchen/dining room with bi-folding doors to the garden
Kitchen with marble worktop, Neff appliances ; oven, built-in microwave and gas hob, Nespresso Coffee Machine (vertuo), Dishwasher, Fridge Freezer and wine fridge. Large social peninsula with three bar stools.
Living area with large, sumptuous corner sofa, feature fireplace (for decoration purposes only), wall mounted smart TV with access to Netflix and Bose bluetooth speaker
Dining room (semi-open to kitchen/living area) with wooden dining table, seating 8
Utility cupboard with washer/dryer
Bedroom 1 - Master suite (sleeping 2) in King size, four poster bed, oversized ceiling fan, armchair, hairdryer & hair straighteners provided, with ensuite shower room
Bedroom 2 (sleeping 2) in Queen size bed, oversized ceiling fan, with hair dryer & hair straighteners provided
Bedroom 3 (sleeping 4) in two built-in Bunk Beds with full sized single beds, armchair, with hair dryer & hair straighteners provided (bottom bunks suitable for 1 adult, each)
Large bathroom with roll-top bath and hand-held shower, and separate walk-in shower

Noise
Please note this property is a semi-detached bungalow, with neighbours adjoining. Therefore loud music and excessive noise are not permitted at any time. Please be respectful of the neighbours on both sides of the property.
There is a sound monitor installed to monitor sound levels (inside and outside) and any excessive noise will incur a fine of £150.
The hot tub is not to be used after 10pm, and music and excessive noise is not permitted after 11pm.
Groups aged under 30 are not permitted and the house is more suited to family groups.

Lovely house lovely stay

The house is fabulous and well equipped. It’s a very short walk from Tankerton beach and shops and a little longer walk to Whitstable. The hot tub was a real treat.

Beautiful coastal home

We really loved our stay at the Little Beach House. The decor was beautiful, the kitchen was well equipped and the hot tub was very relaxing! Tankerton was a lovely location too, right by the seaside and a short walk to Whitstable for all the lovely shops. Lots of good restaurants in the locality.

Perfect stay

Loved this house and location! So close to the seafront, with cafes and pubs close by, and an easy 15 minute walk into Whitstable. House was gorgeous and the garden set up worked brilliantly!

We had a lovely stay at the Little Beach house in Whitstable. Beautiful property with everything you could possibly need. Brilliant location and super straight forward booking and arrival / departure system. We will be back to stay again for sure.

A little gem

A perfect holiday home with the added bonus of a great beach hut and hot tub. Excellent location for tankerton amenities, the beach and walking into whitstable. Will definitely be returning.

Ideal weekend retreat

This property was just petfect for our family of 6 adults, a toddler and two dogs. Spacious, comfortable and in an ideal location gor exploring the beach and town. Loved the hot tub!

Wonderful Easter break

We had a week with our Daughter and family! Great location and the house was well equipped with lots of games for children. We enjoyed long walks and whitstable only being a short drive or reasonable walking distance was perfect. Lovely restaurants and cafes - Jo Jo’s being our last evening meal was excellent. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Excellent Christmas family accommodation . . .

Spacious, clean & well-equipped house in an excellent location for beach walks or browsing little shops/cafes/restaurants/bars of Tankerton. There were 4 adults & 3 young children & a dog in our party & this was the perfect house for our Christmas stay. We were lucky to always find parking spaces for our two cars right outside the house (on-street parking) The hot tub was an added bonus! Would totally recommend staying at this property.

Perfect weekend break

Thoroughly enjoyed our all too short stay at TLBH Comfort living in tip top location for all amenities. We were blessed with perfect weather but still would have enjoyed ourselves if it had rained. Plus the ladies in our group managed to spend a nice amount of money at the well recommended No 5 Tankerton Circus clothes shop!

What a Gem!

My husband and two adult daughters stayed for a long weekend and had a fabulous time making an elaborate dinner, family movie night, and time in the hot tub. We took a hundred pics of the design elements. We had plenty of hot water in the shower, did our laundry, and slept like a dream. Thank you for relaxing and fun experience!

Wonderful Stay at The Little Beach House

We spent a lovely week at The Little Beach House. The house is super … very light, spacious and extremely well equipped. Beds are good and bathrooms high-quality and luxurious. The kitchen had everything! We didn’t use the hot tub or the paved garden but felt obliged to pay a visit to the beach hut which comes with the property. I’m sure it would be fabulous in August; not so great in November! We had a couple of minor issues - both were sorted by Bloom Stays very quickly. We’d definitely stay again.

Perfect spot !

We absolutely loved The Beach House, it was perfect for a small group of 4 adults 4 kids. Couples with two kids each would have been the perfect combo. We were 4 mums 4 kids but we still made it work! The only thing was the rooms got so hot, luckily there were fans which were definitly needed. Window blinds in the main room may have helped keep the house cooler as there were none. But it was a lovely place, tastefully done and beautifully kept.

Great stay and very cute place!

We loved the place and the location. We were really comfortable, the area felt safe, and the location was great - we walked to Whitstable just about every day. Only a few comments: I think it was mainly clean, but the fridge needed to be cleaned out and sanitized again. It had a sour odor, and we had to wipe it out. I wish there had been some restaurant recommendations in the actual house notebook/guide. I don't remember seeing anything but catering in the email you sent with recommendations. But a restaurant guide with days places are open would be great. Since we were three early in the week, I imagine the weekend crowd had left. Many places were closed on Monday and Tuesday, making it hard to find places to eat at night, especially. Thanks for a great stay!

No host but key safe worked well.I was sorry there was no welcome pack; there were tea bags but nothing else which I thought unusual.Hot tub was well maintained and really appreciated in the cold weather though a hose or water source nearby would have kept our feet cleaner going in.The hosts were friendly and efficient when electrics went wrong and responded immediately which we were impressed with. We had to ask how to adjust the tv sound but did manage to learn which remote systems worked for that.February being cold and wet is a hard time to enjoy a break with the kids but the house was warm and a great refuge after a seaside walk. We also took the bus to Canterbury and were happy to find the bus stop close by.
