A remarkable residence(1st floor) in a historic building, in the famous neighborhood of Plaka in the heart of Athens. The building is dating from the 19th Century and is located in probably the best location in the city, minutes walk away from the mighty Acropolis and all major sights. Recently renovated with new facilities whilst the original features of the house (high ceilings, hardwood floors, antique furnishings) have been retained.

With 4 beautifully decorated furnished bedrooms Art Pantheon Residence(200m2/2152ft2) is perfect for groups or a family to enjoy life like a local in the oldest part of the city.

The residence is on the first floor and has its own entrance. It has 4 bedrooms (one is in the attic), 2 living rooms with dining tables, 3 full bathrooms, 1 WC, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 kitchenette and an entrance hall. There are also 2 sofa beds in the living rooms (one of them can convert into two separate single beds as well).
Some of the provided amenities are washer-dryer, Coco-Mat mattresses, large flat screen TVs, complimentary toiletries and high-speed WiFi (100 Mbps network) ideal for working from the house. The furnishings are brand new and premium quality with some restored vintage pieces thrown in. The decor is sophisticated and classy with pride of place the several beautiful large format photo prints on the walls taken by award winning photographer Dimitri Papadimitriou featuring some of his most prominent work.

I really can’t say enough good things about this property and owner. The owner thought of so many little details to make our stay more enjoyable. From the espresso makers in the rooms, to the great recommendations for restaurants and transportation, our stay in Athens was amazing! This house is centrally located to everything we wanted to see and experience. It was a 5 minute or less walk to many great restaurants. It was only 10-15 to the Acropolis and about 20 minutes to Agora. There was a ton of great shops throughout the area and the flea market on Sunday was a ton of fun! This house put us in the middle of everything!We will stay here again and again when we return.

Ideal spot in Plaka

This property is in a perfect spot to experience Athens. The three apartments are ideal for 3 couples. The host arranged transportation for us to and from the airport and even brought us more coffee when we ran out!

Great host and wonderful location

As four friends travelling together it is not always easy to find a place with enough bedrooms and bathrooms…..this was a great find for us. Andreas, our host, was just wonderful; quick with responses and suggestions. This was my third trip to Athens and the location of this apartment was the best yet. we only stayed here for one night departing the next out of Athena after spending a week in athens at a different location and then the islands for a week. Hindsight is 20/20 - we wish we would have stayed here for the initial week! gorgeous building with lots of space. Excellent communication and exquisitely maintained.

PERFECT LOCATION 💕

This was the perfect location for our group of 8 friends. The host was amazing!!! He was very responsive to all of our questions and helped us arrange for airport transportation. We loved being right in the Plaka, where we spent 99% of our time visiting the shops and beautiful ruins that Athens has to offer. HIGHLY recommend staying here! We'll be back!!!!

Very accommodating and convenient location

We had a wonderful few days in Athens. Andreas and Roula went above and beyond for our large group of 9. Andreas was also kind enough to arrange for transport to and from the airport as well as to a beach resort. The apartment itself was lovely and spacious, as well as very convenient to Plaka and the Acropolis that we were able to walk there. Highly recommended! You won’t be disappointed. !

Andrea’s and his mother are gracious hosts. The apartment is beautiful and immaculate. There is everything you need for the convenience of traveling. Check in is 4pm so if you’re traveling long distances, you might want to book the day previous to your arrival so that you can check in at your convenience. Otherwise the hosts will gladly store your luggage while you roam Athens. Great apartment with a perfect location for the plaka!

What a great property! Our host, Andreas was wonderful and attentive to every detail. The property had an interesting layout that provided so much room for our family of 5 adults. Everything about the place was perfect - Comfortable beds and every appliance you can think of with 2 kitchens and 2 sitting and dining areas. The location in Plaka was also perfect - right around the corner from the action. The area is a bit loud if you leave your windows open but once closed, the rooms were sound proof. We plan to come back!

Awesome property - and host!

Too bad we only have options for 5 stars - we think this property should get 10. We loved everything about our property - great location in the middle of all the action and a beautiful property in its own right. We LOVE Andreas - a super host for sure. He went out of his way for some of our group arriving at 2:00 a.m. and always ready to arranging whatever our needs might call for. Very responsive always. We would definitely want to stay with Andreas and his lovely property should we return to Athens.

Plaka apartment

Every aspect of our stay at this property was perfect. Andreas is an extremely attentive host proactively reaching out to us in advance to arrange transfer accommodations from the airport and being available responding to messages within minutes of my inquiries. He was there upon our arrival despite the fact that we got in very late. The character-filled property itself was perfect for large families (there were 9 of us) - plenty of room and centrally located in the heart of Plaka minutes walk from acropolis and the meeting point for all tours and excursions. I would definitely stay here again and, of course, would highly recommend this property to others.

Excellent and elegant

We rented both the upstairs and downstairs for our multi-generational family of 14. Everything about this property was above and beyond our expectations. It’s beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and things like bedding and towels are of excellent quality. The location in the Plaka neighborhood manages to be both central to all the action and quiet at the same time. Extraordinary! The hosts are very helpful and provided recommendations for activities, restaurants and were available via whatsapp throughout our stay to help with any questions. Cannot recommend this property enough.
