Perfect location in Trastevere! So close to all the restaurants, etc. Grocery store around the corner as well as bus and trams. Instructions on how to access the building and apartment were very clear and even included short videos with step by step instructions. We enjoyed our time in Rome!

NO communication with real person

Do not rent with property management Cleanbnb. My opinion-communication is with a bot. Or else they just plain ignored our pleas for help. Either way, terrible way to treat people! Links we were sent to get into the property did not work. Instructions said to log into WiFi to access links BUT WiFi was not available outside the door. We tried to get in for two and a half hours-hosts would not respond. We finally had to call VRBO to resolve the issue. No thanks to Cleanbnb property managers! Our stay in Rome was tainted and we forever have this extremely frustrating memory. Steer clear!
