Sheringham. Fabulous huge Georgian 3floor/6 bedroom house.

You can walk to everything! - Literally 2mins walk to ' Blue Flag' beach, town centre, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets + ice cream!

The entire big spacious lovely house is available for your use.

There is lots of space for 12 guests and the house is really well-equipped for children and adults with lots of toys, games and books (please see Guest Book Reviews in photos).

Lizzie (owner) speaks French.

Child friendly - for a relaxing family holiday. 2 reception rooms - with sofas and large TV in each. Large well-equipped kitchen/breakfast room. Stairgates/cots/boosters/bed guards. Toys/books/games for all.

Garden - Fully enclosed courtyard with large deck and rattan seating for 12 (also buckets and spades).

Parking - Street parking (free).

Wifi - free and unlimited wifi - all over house.

Dogs - Dogs may be allowed - please message first.

The space
Ground Floor:
1st reception room - with wooden floor and large bay window, great sofas, flat screen Smart TV and electric log burner.

2nd reception room - playroom with great sofas, flat screen TV, DVD player. Also many toys, books and games for all.

Large kitchen/breakfast room - with large table (seats 12) and well-equipped with electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, extra fridge (for beer?!), microwave, dishwasher, walk in pantry, iPod dock. Cloakroom with washbasin and wc.

First Floor:
Bedroom 1 - large with a lovely bay window and super king bed (6ft). Bedroom 2 - very large with a king-size bed (5ft)
Bedroom 3 - smaller but with full-size bunk beds. Bathroom with bath, over-bath electric shower, washbasin. Separate wc.

Second Floor:
Bedroom 4 - good size and with twin beds and sea view.
Bedroom 5 - large with a king size bed (5ft)
Bedroom 6 - smaller but with full-size bunk beds.

Stairs Down To: Laundry Area with washing machine and storage, external door with stairs down to garden.
Bathroom with large electric shower, washbasin and wc.

Location was perfect.. Short walk to the centre of Sheringham... Short walk to the seafront, parking available on the road near the house.. we had 4 cars and were still able to park with the use if the car park across the road

Wonderfully comfortable and convenient Lavender House

This is a large, welcoming and comfortable house in a quiet street, close to everything that you need in charming Sheringham - beach, shops, transport. We felt instantly at home and didn’t want to leave!

The home is in an amazing situation for all amenities -very well equipped and catered for us all. We did find a few issues with the cleanliness on our arrival - however it didn’t impact on our stay which we thoroughly enjoyed - though the weather could’ve been kinder!

Great place

Fantastic place to stay. Huge house and the sun came out so we made use of the decking. Very well equipped kitchen. Close to the High Street and sea front but a very quiet road. Would definitely come again.

Very nice and characterful house and lovely use of the spaces provided. Very close to local shops and facilities There were 12 of us and we were able to prepare food easily in the well equipped kitchen. No problem accessing the property,.. details for access sent beforehand. Lizzie very helpful and friendly

Great house

This large, period house was ideal for our extended family gathering. Well equipped & comfortably furnished, with really good beds, & two minutes to the beach. We couldn't have asked for more.

Spacious house in great location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious well equipped house and we felt very comfortable with young children in this house. Loved the playroom with all sorts of toys, games, puzzles etc other equipment provided - bed guards and the cupboard in the kitchen full of plastic plates etc. The house is very close to the sea, shops, arcades and the station. The owner is very responsive to questions too.

Perfect beach holiday location

A great house with plenty of space! Location is very close to the beach as well as the town which has lots of lovely shops, pubs, cafes and more. Beds were comfy. Handy having a laundry room with small children. Lots of stair gates and bed guards in the house to use. A few areas needed some deeper cleaning. Overall it was a perfect house for a large family/group.

Lovely family house, excellent location

Spent a brilliant weekend in this period house in the lovely seaside town of Sheringham. The accommodation was perfect for a family of 3 generations, ranging in age from 3 to 75 years. The rooms are spacious, beds comfortable and kitchen very well equipped. Space in 2 reception rooms with toys & games for children was fabulous. Parking in the area no trouble and the walk to the beach just a few minutes. Thanks for everything, Lizzie and Kay ! (Just to say, the listing for ‘popular amenities’ needs amending as there is no BBQ grill at the property).
