About this property

13 Splendid apartments of various types and sizes located within the 500esque building "Cà Bollani".

This flat is located on the third floor of a building with a lift, overlooking a street and an internal courtyard. It consists of an independent kitchen equipped with amenities including a dishwasher and microwave, a living room with a sofa and a TV, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed. A bathroom with a bathtub and shower cubicle completes the layout. There is a double sofa bed in the apartment.

On the ground floor available to all guests is a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. All apartments are also equipped with air conditioning, heating, and a free Wi-Fi line.

* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.

Très bon séjour

Très bel appartement et calme à proximité des centres d'intérêt. Bonnes explications pour accéder au logement. Petit bémol : lave-vaisselle pas éteint et non vidé à notre arrivé et literie à revoir (matelas pas confortable, tendance à se creuser).

Good stay but a few improvements would make it better

Location, cleanliness and confort. Air conditioner, a coffe machine and the light from the corridor that comes inside the apartment during night disturbs the sleep

Schöne Lage, Appartement ansprechend

Die Klimaanlage war eine sehr große Hilfe, ebenso der Fahrstuhl. Die alten Eingangstüren unten fallen laut ins Schloss, sonst schließen sie nicht. Das war zu zivilen Tageszeiten kein Problem. Das Appartement hat uns gut gefallen, es war geräumig, sauber, hat viele Fenster und liegt wirklich super! Das Bad war in Ordnung, die Dusche ging, man muss den Duschkopf aber beim Duschen in der Hand behalten. Die Betten waren ok, etwas hart. Die Küche bevorratet keinerlei Salz, Gewürze, Zucker oder Öl. Es gab ebenso keine Möglichkeit, Kaffee zu kochen (wir kauften uns einen kleinen Espressokocher). Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle sind vorhanden. Es gab zu wenige Tassen (drei Cappuccinotassen und eine Milchkaffeetasse). Da es auch nichts gab zur Aufbewahrung für ein Stück Butter oder Wurst/Käse oder als Brotkorb, benutzten wir Geschirr dafür (die Milchkaffeetasse war also mit Butter gefüllt, eine Untertasse war der Deckel). Zu wenige Spültabs, wir waren aber gewarnt und hatten ein paar mitgebracht. Kein Spülmittel. Töpfe, Pfannen und Besteck waren ok. Die Lage punktet! Nah an der Rialtobrücke und Vaporettostation, ein Coop direkt um die Ecke, auch einige Lokale. Unbedingt abends nochmal eine Runde drehen und das herrliche Abendlicht genießen! Ja, die Mücken! - das Appartement ist hell und viele erwischt man. (Die Fenster daher besser meist schließen, es ist eh zu warm draußen.) Die Türöffnungen mit Codes klappten gut. Wir würden Venice Luxury Palace wieder buchen. Die Geschirrmenge dringend überprüfen. Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Geschirrspültabs und Spülmittel sowie Spülschwamm, Spüllappen und ein saugfähiges(!) Handtuch wären gut! Eine Butterdose und ein Brotkorb fehlten.

Pleasant stay in Venice

The staff was very friendly the location of my apartment was located in an area which made it easy for me to get around the city of Venice .Will go back again with no hesitation
