This house in La Fortuna is incredible! We could have stayed here for a month and been perfectly happy! It was so nicely decorated and was in a great location. The pool was incredible. This was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in! The owner was great to work with too. Terrific find!

We have been to La Fortuna too many times and it was actually nice to be on the outskirt of town. The house was clean and perfect, like ranch style. There is a farm which we enjoyed because there was a trail to a river right behind it. When we were at the house we enjoyed the pool and bbq'ed a couple of times. The house had everything we needed.I would use this house again in a heart beat. Make sure to visit their water buffalo....it was the cutest thing ever.The owners are in the area and were great host and will show you the animals they have at farm.House had everything we needed

Fantastic house 15 minute drive from La Fortuna. The house was immaculate when we arrived, with lots of towels supplied, there was even charcoal stacked up in the BBQ ready to light. Some other reviews mentioned traffic noise - yes, the house is on the road with occasional noisy trucks passing by but we didn’t really notice and it certainly didn’t impact our stay in anyway.The house is on a farm with access via the garden back-gate to a lovely farm trail where you can see pigs, sheep and various ducks, along with Baloo the water buffalo.If you’re a nature enthusiast we saw many different birds including 2 different species of toucan from the property. We also saw a sloth outside.Highly recommended and would happily stay here again.
