Cozy villa in El Trapiche Condo, just 5 minutes from downtown La Fortuna. Enjoy a private pool, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, BBQ area, WiFi, Cable TV, private parking, a fully equipped kitchen, and volcano views.

The condo offers 24/7 security and relaxing common areas. A perfect base to explore Arenal, and we’re happy to assist with info and free trip planning.

The house has 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: One double bed with A/C unit
Bedroom 2: Bunk bed with two single beds and A/C unit
Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with one double bed, one single bed and A/C unit

Fully equipped kitchen, WiFi - 150/150 Megabytes connection, smart TV with IPTV, green areas around the house and just 5 minutes drive to downtown La Fortuna. You will find a laundry area with washing and dryer machines available for our guests.

Inside the house there is ONE full bathroom, the other full bathroom is outside by the pool.

We loved our location in La Fortuna. We rented a car so we could move around easily for food and excursions. Our kids loved the pool and we loved the outdoor space. The property manager met us at a nearby restaurant to take us to the home and get us acquainted with the property. We had some trouble with the air conditioning, but the host was very responsive and the problems were fixed immediately.

Before the trip, communication was great. Very helpful. Although some booking were wrong, it got it taken care of. The pool was awesome! The property beds were really hard. An easy mattress topper could fix that. There were not enough blankets for the 4 of us. The iguana poop in the outdoor bathroom and him living in the roof made that bathroom pretty unusable. I recommend some drawers or shelving in the master. Other than those few things, it was a fun stay! Thanks again and Pura Vida!

I loved how this house was in a gated community and off the beaten path. We would sit outside on the patio to play games while the kids swam in the pool. The wildlife was incredible that we could see right from the patio and the pool. The second bathroom is outside on the patio, which I did not realize when I booked it. But it wasn’t a big deal at all.

Beautiful and safe

The location is great and everyone is so friendly. The guys can help you with tours if you haven't booked anything yet. The pool with the view of Arenal volcano can't be beat. The outdoor patio and pool area is probably the best part of the house.

We are Eder & Allen, two good friends that have more than 15 years of experience working in tourism in La Fortuna, we grew up in this little town and decided to work together creating Home Vacations La Fortuna on 2015, our main goal: Make things easier and simple to our guest.
On 2018 we create The House of Tours to provide our guests the best experiences during their stay in La Fortuna/Arenal Volcano area, we have the best tour and transportation services/rates in the area.
