Within a short stroll to the unspoiled sandy beach, this comfortable holiday home on a quiet position on and well-kept chalet park in the coastal village of and Scratby/California makes it ideal for couples and families alike

A full-sized double bed and with a triple bunk (full double with single over) make this a perfect retreat to just relax or as a base to explore the wonderful Norfolk coast & the tranquil Norfolk Broads or to enjoy the bustle of the premier seaside resort of Great Yarmouth
The space
Complete with all fresh white bed linen and fluffy white towels all you need to do is unpack to begin your time with us and we haven't forgotten about today's technology either with Free WiFi

Free access is included to the Oasis Indoor Heated Swimming Pool* and Oasis Club (pools open every day from Easter to the end of October.* Outside the school holidays, there is only weekend entertainment at the club.)

With a convenience store, takeaways, cafe, launderette and amusements on site together with a sports bar everything you need is on hand

All venues on site are individually owned and we cannot be held responsible for the opening times

In the village, 3 x bar/restaurants can be found with a tea room, cafe, post office, garden center, bakery and gift shop

This is 1 of our 20 chalets, some close to one another on this site and the independent site across the road at Beach Road Chalet Park, ideal for the larger group of family or friends holidaying together makes a perfect choice

One well-behaved small/medium dog may accompany you free of charge in our PET-FRIENDLY CHALETS. Please check if in doubt. Our strict Pet Policy forbids them on the furniture and in the bedrooms. As responsible dog owners, do not leave an anxious dog in the chalet alone as any damage caused is the responsibility of the dog owner. We do not accept any other pets

We can supply a travel cot and high chair FOC

The chalet is run by a £1 coin meter for which we credit the meter by £10 for your arrival

Lovely long weekend away

We had a lovely stay in California Sands. Easy access to the beach and good facilities on site although our kids are older so do not take advantage of them all. Chalet was nice although some signs of wear and tear could do with some attention. Beds weren’t terribly comfortable and wifi signal was not great but we only use the chalet as a base and didn’t spend a great amount of time there. A great plus was no extra charge for the dog which is unusual.Great communication from the owner and would definitely return.
