Fully equipped and available to accommodate up to 3 people, 1 bedroom, WiFi, Parking, Air Conditioning.



The 30 m2 apartment has the following spaces:

- Living-dining room with 140x190cm double sofa bed, 80x180cm folding bed, dining table, HD TV.

- Practical fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave-oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, tea kettle...

- Designer bathroom equipped with shower, toilet and sink.



It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and welcome kitchen amenities: (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing machine soap, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom) bathroom amenities: (shampoo and gel).

How to get:

- From the airport.

From Manises airport, you can rent a car or use public transportation. Take the metro to the city center and get off at the Xativa stop. From there, you can take bus number 35.



- By Train or Metro.

From the main exit of the Estación del Norte, cross Xativa street and you will reach Marqués de Sotelo street. From there, you can take bus number 35 and get off at the Instituto Obrero-Ciutat de les Arts stop to the apartment.



- By car.

From the north (coming from Barcelona):

Continue along the AP7 highway to the Sagunto toll booth.

Take exit 51 towards Valencia North.

Continue towards the city along Avenida Cataluña.

Follow the signs to the City of Arts and Sciences until you reach the apartment.



From the south (coming from Alicante):

Continue on the A7 motorway.

From Alicante and Albacete on the V31.

Follow the signs to Valencia Sur.

Upon arriving in the city, follow the signs to the City of Arts.



From the west (coming from Madrid and the airport):

Continue on the A3 motorway.

Take the exit towards Alicante and Albacete.

Continue along the V30 detour.

Take the exit to CV500.

Upon arriving in the city, follow the signs to the City of Arts.



How to move:

A few meters from the building there are:



-Bus: Stop 2041 Professor López Piñero (pair) - Institut Obrer de València (13, 15, 24, 25, 95).

- No Garbage in the accommodation. The garbage containers are located on the street, Valencia has a daily garbage collection service of 4 types: paper/glass/containers and plastics in addition to the rest.
