Modern vacation home from 2023 with outdoor hot tub and sauna located in the attractive Marielyst Strandpark area, approximately 1300 meters from one of Denmark's best and most child-friendly sandy beaches and not far from a pleasant lake. The cozy living room is combined with a modern kitchen, which includes induction hobs, a separate oven and combi oven, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The living room has a smart TV with Danish TV channels and wireless internet. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, which is heated by an energy-efficient air/water heat pump. There are four bedrooms, all with two single beds, as well as a loft with mattresses for two people. There are two bathrooms in the house, one with a toilet, sink, and shower, the other with a washing machine and dryer. Enjoy the sun on the large wooden terrace in the garden furniture or on the sun loungers, and when evening approaches, you can extend the evening's cosiness under the semi-covered terrace with patio heater while conjuring up a delicious meal on the barbecue. There is a charging station for electric cars Type 2-IEC 62196-2. Close to the house, there is a large communal area for free use. The house is close to bowling, a golf course, Put & Take, and close to shopping and the town center. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
