WOW! Direct Gulf front corner 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with 270-degree views from the Gulf of Mexico to the Intracoastal Waterway and the sugar sand beach & coastline as far as the eye can see. The wrap-around balcony is one of the largest in the building. Windows along the North wall of the condo make this third floor unit amazing at every turn. The split floor plan features a master suite Gulf-side with two closets, King size bed, TV, ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower, plus balcony access and a stunning beach view framed by beautiful palm trees. The full-sized, fully equipped kitchen has premium solid wood cabinets, convenient pass-through to the dining space, and stainless appliances. The spacious open floor plan offers impressive water views both West and North with large sliding glass doors to the balcony. Plenty of comfy seating with a large TV with cable. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Queen size beds and Smart TV. The third bedroom has 2 Twin beds and views of both the Gulf and Intracoastal Waterway along with a Smart TV. The hallway bathroom has a tub with shower. This condo has a washer and dryer in the unit. There are two gas grills for you to use. The Beach Trolley/Bus stop is right in front of the building for easy access along Gulf Boulevard, from St. Pete to Clearwater Beach. Directly across the street is a very popular Caddy's Pub/Restaurant on the Intracoastal with outdoor and indoor dining. Other restaurants and shopping opportunities are nearby. Putt-Putt golf is less than a mile down the street. An assigned parking space is located near the elevators, and there are also limited guest spaces. Please ask your rental manager about FREE weekday bicycle use. This is a wonderful pet (dog) friendly unit located directly on the Gulf of Mexico! One (1) dog up to 30 pounds, $200 non refundable pet fee.

Disappointed in unit
Here are the positives, magnificent view and nice size unit. It ends there. Although the kitchen has been updated recently the rest of the unit is dated and not very clean, the blame for this could be on the cleaning company not doing their job. There was something spilled on the kitchen cabinets which I scrubbed upon arrival. The bed sheets were dirty along with disgusting stains on extra blankets. The cleaning company came back the next day and changed the bed sheets along with removing all the blankets for more washing which were not returned until the next day. We also requested 2 new shower curtain liners as these were moldy and only received one. There was an ironing board in the unit but no iron. Who brings an iron with them on vacation? We requested one and again it took 2 days to receive, which was our third trip back to the rental agency. There is a lot of rust in this unit. Rust all around the sliding glass doors, which are also peeling paint. Rust on the shower curtain hooks in the shower, rust on some utensils in the kitchen. There was a table and chair set on the balcony which has so much peeling rust, it was all over the balcony floor. Thank goodness we had no children with us. Also be aware that some windows do not open at all and have no screens. The sliders in both the living room and master bedroom have no screens so unless you want flies and bugs, you have to close them which is such a shame as you would love to hear the ocean while sleeping. The living room couches were dirty along with the throw pillows which had stains on them. The rent amount that was charged for this warrants better quality. The owner and rental agency along with the cleaning company need to pay better attention to what they are renting. Very disappointed and we will not be renting here again, nor use the rental agency again.

This is Todd Plumlee owner of Plumlee Vacation Rentals. Please call me to discuss this further. We have over 7000 check-ins each year and even one family unhappy is too many. I have pulled the reports on who cleaned and inspected this condo and will discuss the items you mentioned that are cleaning related. Very few perhaps 3% of our hundreds of properties have screens on windows and sliders. They are not needed here in the Gulf breeze. If you are used to them back home and need them to feel comfortable, we can simply make that a one of your search criteria's when booking. The ironic thing about your wanting to leave the sliders open "to hear the ocean while you sleep" is what causes rust in the condos. The salt in the air can work very quickly on any metal items. I have never heard of sliver-ware rusting however, so I am going to personally check this condo out to see the condition. Please know your experience is of the up most importance to us. I am glad our office is on the island and we were able to immediately address SOME of your concerns. We take great pride in the fact that over 60% of our guest each year are repeat clients. I hope you will give us another opportunity to give you a great experience. If you decide to give us another shot book us direct not only will you save as a repeat guest but I will upgrade you from the standard rated unit you stay in to one of our premium rated condos at no extra charge.
