Great apartment in a great area.

We were only there a short time between arriving in Barcelona and embarking on a cruise the next day but it was a good experience. I would recommend this to others.

Leider haben wir vor den Anreise Tag, Mitteilung gekommen, dass die Wohnung nicht verfügbar ist. Dafür haben wir André Wohnung bekommen. War gut, aber die Umstände war nicht schön. Mann sollt schon dafür gegen Leistung bringen. Finde es schade.

Séjours entre amis

Logement propre et plutôt bien situé, il est facile de prendre les transports en communs. Cependant, la communication avec la propriétaire est à revoir, avant le séjour bonne communication. A notre arrivé la personne qui nous a accueilli nous a mit la pression car nous n’étions pas sur place à 11h30 (alors que nous devions avoir le logement à 14h). Les personnes habitants dans l’appartement se sont plaints de la musique jusqu’à tard le soir alors qu’il n’y avait pas de musique et que nous étions quasiment jamais à l’appartement. Propriétaire qui n’a pas répondu au message sauf pour faire remonter que l’on faisait trop de bruit. Aucun message comme quoi elle avait bien récupéré les clefs à la fin du séjour.

ottima posizione e buona accoglienza ma purtroppo scarsa pulizia, in due letti ( che non abbiamo utilizzato ) addirittura vi erano lenzuola sporche. casa composta con 2 stanze matrimoniali e altre due camerette minimali, un piccolissimo bagno, una sala spaziosa, cucina abbastanza completa ( mancano le forchette) ed un lungo corridoio. piccola incoprensione sulla tassa di soggiorno da pagare, sul sito vi è scritto che i bambini sotto i 16 anni non pagano ma a me sono stati chiesti anche i soldi per il figlio di 12 che motivando non ho dato. le pareti sono molto sottili e si sente tutto dalle case vicine ad ogni ora! Purtroppo abbiamo dimenticato il caricabatterie dello spazzolino, ho chiesto di avere info ma purtroppo tutto tace....
