The living room is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.

The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement. There is also a washer available for your laundry needs.

The master bedroom is en suite and has a king bed. The second room has a double bed, the third has a mezzanine double bed, and the fourth has a single bunk bed and a daybed that opens into a double. All bedrooms are elegantly decorated.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This property is a self-check-in property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
